    I moved in on 5/16/2016 & currently still reside as a resident of Printers Square Apts. During 2016-8/10/2022 Printers Square Apts was unlicensed. During 2018-2019 I was issued numerous eviction notices after discussing with management of my losing my job & getting another one that didn't cover a full amount rents but they agreed to accept whatever I paid which I can provide & went to court & borrowed money to pay my rent to live at Printers Square Apts & they being unlicensed at the time. The apartments do not address maintenance request, especially when I had a clogged toilet the only one in my unit twice! Which one time did Not fix & the second time it took them 5 days to fix. Thank you!

    I have mold in my bathroom my bathroom sink is clogged my bathroom tub was not replaced they did a terrible paint job and it cracked the after it was dry in 2023 my kitchen sink is leaking I don’t have air conditioning I put in a work order for all of these things on April 15, 2024 nothing has been done I had to go out and spend money I don’t have on fans me and my daughter have asthma and my son has nose bleeds last week it was 85 degrees in my apartment it’s unbearable and nothing is being done something needs to be done about my living conditions asap

    I have been living at Portside Apartments since **************************************************************** 2022 and is chipping it was never sanded or polished correctly. I called today at 4:21 pm and spoke with the manager she was rude and disrespectful and she hung the phone up on me and called me a girl. So at about 4:28 pm I walked over and put the order in. She tells me that I will have to pay out of pocket which makes no since of it isnt done correctly. Also the office closes at 5 pm I asked for a new air filter because its blowing hot air and the no one came mind you its *************************************** and my daughter have asthma. I was to know what can be done to resolve this issue thank you so much Im advance. I pay ***** a month and dont have extra money to pay for repairs not done correctly. Im a tenant and I should be respected I pay my rent on time every month and she be treated as such. I cant even take a bath.

    My ac unit broke down a month ago. I promptly informed the leasing office who told me that approval has to go to the owner for it to be replaced which was...well a month ago. They provided a portable unit but due to also not providing a vent for the back of the unit, it's only blowing hot air, making it hotter in my apartment. When I asked for an update, I was only told I had to wait on owner approval and I could complain to corporate. I have yet to hear from corporate or get a response on a replacement for my ac unit since. It continues to reach up to 86 degrees daily in my unit.
