    I signed a contract with CEO to remediate mold in my crawl space and then seal it. The cost was $12,901.40. I paid a down payment of $4300 with work to start on Feb 27,2023 and take from 5-10 days per contract. I was to pay another $4300 midway and then final $4300 upon completion. This company did not work 8 hours in my crawlspace the entire week. On Friday, March 3rd , they sprayed a chemical(left no MSDS sheet )so not really sure what it was and we vacated our home at 3:45 same day. The furnace was supposed to have been turned off but was Not and the chemicals permeated my entire living space. My daughter who had very bad respiratory issues couldn't get her breath. My eyes were watering and my throat and chest felt bad. We rented an RV for 5 days while we aired the house out. Day 1 -1 guy, no work , installed some equipment . Day 2- 4 people -spent about 1 hr at most in the crawl space, up and down, in and out of my house but not working. I have the entire week on my security cameras. Day 3 &4 No show. Day 5-2 guys-vacuumed and sprayed crawlspace but did not confine the space and we had huge mess. They left with my door off and the entire area covered in mold/dirt. I fired them via test on Saturday. The owner called me on Sunday from Florida, cursed me out, called me names and hung up on me. He said see you in court and I'll put lien on your house. I'm a 67 year old female that pays her bills. He sent me a demand letter to pay $6130 which I did not do. They breached the contract and the balance of this bill to go away. THEY DID NOT DO THE WORK>
