Here are the facts about the Branch boat - so many years have gone by without contact or interest from Ms. ***************** style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: small; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
Mr. ****** arrived at my marina years ago unannounced with his boat saying he needed a slip as he was getting married at the ************** wedding venue one block away from the marina.  As my marina is close to the waterfront wedding venue - we have no problem allowing Brides and ******, quests, and friends dock at my marina for the joyous occasion.  Mr. ****** was the happy groom with much to attend too - he asked my rate to dock his boat at the marina for the duration of his wedding - I said $100.00 and he paid me in cash - he said that would be back in several days to collect his boat.  This is normal as newlyweds have much to attend to, I said may God Bless you! ******************* never returned to collect their boat or care for it.

Days turned into years - A very long honeymoon or something else kept Mr. ****** away?

I had no driver's license or ID - calling the ************** had no results due to privacy concerns.  In the years that the boat was abandoned - no sign of ****************** where was Ms. *************  He only tied the boat up with light temporary dock lines as he said he would return to collect his boat is a few days - storms came, a thin dock line broke, a dead battery allowing the boat to fill with rainwater - still no Mr. ************* I had to pay my helper to pump out the boat and add new dock lines at my cost.

Did Mr. ****** die - where is he?  Where was *************** Last year - I called the Baltimore County Police and they found a phone number for Mr. ****** and called him - he picked up the phone and said he was in the Dominican Republic and would attend to the matter.  I never saw him and he never contacted me after returning from the *******************

I then had the ********************************************;produce the last owner of record document attached to this email - The owners are listed as Mr. ****** and his wife - as well as the lienholder.   The police provided me with ****************** number but could not get him to meet with me to discuss removing his boat from the marina, this is when I contacted the lender recorded on the boat's title - MEDALLION BANK is the lien holder. Medallion called ************ he then called me and offered to make several small payments until he got caught up  - this was in November of 2023 - see attached payment records totaling $1,000.00 - I received no more payments from Mr. ****** after November 2023 - His correspondence with me stated the death of his Mother, and that he had a serious throat operation - I offered my sympathy at the loss of his Mom and also told him that I too, had throat operations - my throat cancer and is in remission, so all will be Ok. At that time, he said he would settle the remaining outstanding yard bill.  ************** aware of the entire situation and the facts?

Time passed and no remittance, and many excuses - I was again forced to call *************** they in turn called Mr. ****** and his wife ********, as I received heated calls from them soon after ************** called them.  I told Medallion that under Maryland law - I can hold them responsible and file a Lien with both the owners and the Lienholder.  Ms. ****** seemed the most upset -  where was she in the years that passed when her future husband left a perfectly good boat in the ************** watershed unattended for years?  I boat with her name on the title as well.

I have more than patient, the boat could have been sold years ago at public auction. Did Ms. ****** even remember that she had a boat floating uncared for for years!
