Last year before Christmas (2023), I purchased several strands of 300 multi-color icicle LED lights from a local retailer. I also registered the lights using an enclosed card with a QR code for the registration web site. This past Christmas (2024), one of the strands had a segment (1 of 3) fail to light up. I attempted bulb replacement, but that did not resolve the issue. From online research, it appears the strand of lights most likely has a defective resistor causing the problem.I've tried calling the support number *************, which was included on the Holiday Time registration QR site) many different times, but continue getting a voice prompt message indicating the voicemail box is full and can not accept any more messages. I have been unable to reach an actual person, and am looking to get a replacement set of lights under the 3-year product warranty.Business Response

Everstar has a way to improve their support infrastructure, like updating the voicemail system so the main
mailbox doesn't fill up without a way for callers to leave a message or be given an alternative contact method.

On December 26th, 2023 I purchased a Christmas tree online from *******. It arrived via mail and I stored it in my attic until November 2024 . When I opened the brand new box this November, it was missing the tree top. Part A. On November 18th, I reached out to Everstar via email, according to their voicemail directions. I explained the issue, I purchased a Christmas tree from *******, It was shipped to me, but only a partial tree was in the box. The tree has a two-year warranty.On November 18th Everstar responded and asked for my information.On November 18th I responded back with the information Everstar requested. I responded back my name, address, email, phone number, item number, item description, place of purchase, date of purchase and parts ********* response from Everstar...On November 20th I sent another email asking if Everstar needed anything else because I had not heard back from them.November 21st, I sent Everstar my information again.On November 25th I sent another email with all the information Everstar asked for, as well as, photos of my receipt, the box the tree came in and a photo of the partial tree missing the third section (the tree top).On November 29th, Everstar responded they would send the tree top and that I should allow 5-7 business days. A tracking number would be sent when the tree top shipped.On December 17th I reached out again because I received neither the tracking number nor the tree top as stated in Everstar's ******** is now December 21st and I have not received a response concerning the missing part and I still do not have a tree for Christmas. Hello, I purchased the tree last year from ever star company through the store at home. Im putting up my tree a year later and the top of the tree does not light up. I have tried to contact every star through email and via phone and have not been successful. Today is 17 December and the paperwork says that the warranty expires on December 31, so I am very pressed for time to try to figure out what to do. I really would like a refund or a new tree or how to fix the lights. It really doesnt matter I really just want my tree lit up for the holiday.Business Response

I purchased a large popup snowman from ****** and the lights do not work. I attempted to contact their customer service on the instruction manual. The emails I sent are returned and the customer service number given keeps saying the mailbox is currently full. I have been trying to contact them for weeks with no luck. I recently purchased the 4pc snowman family from ****** item# ******* and am having issues with them lighting. If I unplug the j10 snowman the other three will light. If I plug it back in then it will also light. I know others have complained as well about the same issue. A house down the road has the same set and theres works just fine. I was hoping to get a replacement parts to hopefully fix the issue. Not sure if its just the splitter cord or splitter cord and adapter box or if its the snowman in general. I have tried to email Everstar twice now and have heard anything back. I tried to call and it says the mailbox is full. Just trying to get what I need to fix this issue so that these will work properly. Hoping you might be able to get a hold of the company since I am unable to.Business Response

Bought a 7.5 foot Pre Lit Englman Christmas tree from the store At Home in December of 2023. We already had our old tree up so we kept this one in the box for the following year. Opened it up on Thanksgiving to put it up and the bottom section of lights doesn't work at all. Contacted their "customer service" and they said that this tree is discontinued and there is nothing they can do about it even though on the paperwork in the box said it is under warranty until December 31, 2024. Super rude customer service said to go buy separate lights. I shouldn't have to spend more money i should have a tree that works. They offered no other solution or even an exchange for a similar tree. They said it was my fault for not opening the tree and testing it immediately and they will not honor the warranty printed on the paper in the box. Was told by one of the customer service agents that they change the tree styles every year and I asked why offer a year warranty then if you cannot honor it? She rudely kept telling me to buy new lights on ****** or ***** That I was out of luck and she would "mention it" to management about advertising a 1 year warranty when they realistically cannot honor a warranty past the holiday season.Business Response

I purchased a set of 3 deer with LED lights from ****** on 11/15/2024. The purchase price was $169.99. As I was trying put them together a few days ago I found the ears on a doe deer was damaged and light don't light up. I have called the number listed in the instruction manual several times and only get a recorded message that says not to leave a message. I purchased the High Intensity LED 120 C2 Icicle light set from Menards and hung them up this past Christmas season for the first time and a whole section of lights is out. I called the customer service number on the box of lights and was told to cut the end of the cord with two lights and mail it in. She didn’t offer a case number or take any of my information down or anything associated with me calling and filing a complaint about the lights. And I had to ask her where it needs sent to, she didn’t offer up the information on her own. If fact, she said isn’t the address listed there. I said no, it’s not. I don’t know about just cutting the lights and mailing a piece with no system tracking that I even called. It seems as though their customer service is lacking some details. I feel like if I send in the end of the lights that’s the last I’ll hear or see about it. I would like to know with confidence that I can get these replaced or refunded.
