    Purchased reindeer set from Costco. I emailed and called customer service. They give you the runaround & talk in circles, put you on hold and then “accidentally” hang up. When I called back & and asked how I could get the replacement part, he hung up again. Now they won’t even answer when I call. They obviously know my phone number and refuse to answer and provide assistance. All of my emails are not being answered as well. I’ve called over 30 times & emailed 4 times. Zero communication. Beware- they take your money & run. The direction manual with a phone number for replacement parts is a sham as is this entire company. The have no intention of ever helping you.

    Our lights went out after 1 week. I tried calling 4 times - I was put on hold the first time for 15 minutes before I hung up; and it went to voicemail the other times and they tell you to not leave a message. I am just trying to get a replacement before Christmas so our house looks nice after all the hours we spent putting up these lights! If I could have their email, I can try to email them or get another strand sent before Christmas!

    I bought Christmas lights from *******  They told me that they are guaranteed for three years. I’ve tried contacting the company and emailing them and nothing happens. I would like my money returned or have them send me two new 100 ‘ Multi color ball shaped Rolls of the Christmas lights I ordered that were defective
    The ******* item number read as follows

    24.98 each rolls 2 plus tax 5.5 %= $52.71
    This has taken me a lot of time and effort - ******* shouldn’t buy from this company if they don’t stand by there word

    This place will give you the run around.i order a 6ft prelit tree. An when it arrive at my house the stand was broken.either send me a replacement or refund my money

    Ordered a 4.5ft sleigh decoration for Christmas from ***'****** (guest membership which I found out and they won't do squat for you as far as customer service). However half of the sleigh doesn't light up, I can't blame that part on ***'s. Spent 2 hours changing bulbs and still doesn't work. Should not have to go through this on a brand new product. I'll make sure to watch out for anything from this company, and to never use ***** again.

    I purchased a 60in light up spider web modelESXXXXXBL one year ago and it worked great.
    put it back in the box and stored it away anticipating using it again this Halloween.
    to my dismay when I lit it up several sections would light. they showed signs of burnt out led lights inside the orange tubing.
    Very disappointed for 70 dollars at Big Lots.
