      I was supposed to stay in the Brandywine suite the weekend of Feb 10th-Feb 12th. There were MANY problems with the room as you will see below. We decided we couldn't stay and drove all the way home ruining our Valentines weekend. I am asking for my money back as I have reached out multiple times and can't get a response. I sent them pictures and everything. I also disputed it on my credit card and was found that I had to pay it, when I don't believe I should have had to. We were hoping that even though everything was dirty we could still enjoy the tub and fireplace. But the fireplace smell was horrible and we had to leave.1. The sink dripped water and it wouldn't stop 2. Under the mattress was dirty, there was foil and sticky hairy candy underneath of it.3. We couldn't use the fire place the exhaust smelled horrible and gave us an instant headache.4. The shower curtain has nasty stains all over it 5. The shower tub was disgustingly dirty.6. The big tub was stained all over and the well water was yellow, every time we turn it off and back on it was yellow again. 7. Blood splatter stains all over the window blinds 8. Dead bugs by the tub 9. Dust ALL over the room 10. Stains all over the carpet 11. The ceiling looked like it drop any minute 12. "Romance package" didn't match the pictures at all, there were 10 rose pedals on the bed and nothing else. 13. The online pictures didn't match the room at all. It all looks like false advertising to us.
