    On 5/21, I signed my son up for six weeks of summer camp at this establishment for $500 a week. So I paid $3000 up front- which isn't out of the ordinary, so I didn't mind. They sent me a receipt and then texted me asking how I would like to communicate. I said via text and got nothing back. Over the next few days, I texted a couple questions over about details and got no response. So I emailed back to the email address where the receipt came from. I realized that was a no reply address and found their company e-mail and resent it there. I heard nothing back. I texted again and emailed again. I called and got their voicemail which says emailing is the quickest way to get an answer. I left a message explaining that at this point I wanted to cancel our registrations and to please refund my payment. I left my name and phone number. Nothing. On 6/3, I reached out via ******** messenger and Instagram messenger. I did get a response on ******** with an email address that ended up not being valid and received no response when I wrote that back. I called again on June 4th, and their Lead teacher Will answered my call. I asked to speak to the most senior person in the center at the time- which was him. I explained my information, told him all the places I had reached out and he took my information. Nothing. I left work early on 6/10 to go to the center in person because the hours were listed as 2-7pm. I got there and they were closed. I've reached out to their corporate offices and received no response.
