      June 25th, I send pictures and an email to ******* *****. Our *** manager. One the homeowners a Camper plugged into their house and it is parked in the driveway. I sent pictures again on 8/22 with the same issue and explained that the homeowner does not care about the fines. Saying it was cheaper than storing the camper correctly. ******* responded I sent them one letter. One Letter...what is that going to do...I have dealt with ******* on multiple occasions and she only cares about the homeowners who do not make any noise.

      We pay $115/ month for *** ****. The *** does not honor the services they are supposed to do. There are big holes, signs that there used to be a big tree, and the soil was never leveled. The hole was there when I bought the house 2 years ago. There is not grass on the hole either. The grass around the community is bad everywhere. The side walks are all unleveled. They allow predator towing to happen, the towing company is associated with the *** manager **** ***. **** *** focuses on making owners life miserable harassing their space and threading to issue fines of $150 for mining less things such as using an extension cord to charge your EV, or to blow the leaves that the *** do not clean. I called the **************** but could not speak with someone that could make a decision. I feel force to complain.

      Please keep in mind that your HOA is governed by a board of directors who provides directions to the manager. The instructions to remove the tree were given by the Board of Directors and then passed on by the manager to the vendor who removed it. This area is owned by the association. Since your complaint has the Association taken further steps to repair the hole. Is the hole a tripping hazard or an indent in the soil where it settled?
      The towing is enforced as per Maryland State law. **** *** is not the owner of the vendor/company who provides towing to your community. Her only relationship is manager to vendor.  
      Maryland law (HB 1608/SB 632) mandates that HOAs cannot unreasonably restrict the installation of EV charging stations and requires a fair and transparent process for approval; In this case you did not receive approval for an installation of a charging station. ******** stations along with cords and/or wiring must be installed in locations that do not obstruct common areas,driveways, or sidewalks. In this instance the extension cord used for charging was ran through the common areas and over the sidewalk creating a tripping hazard and an obstacle when our landscaping crew is onsite to mow these common areas. It was observed twice. The first notice was a warning, and the second notice included a fine.
