      Real estate brokers love this company for some reason ($$$) but 99% of the homeowners despise this company. Look at the reviews. 9 / 10 reviews, as of 9/6/22, have been 5 star reviews in the last month. That's 10 times the amount of 5 star reviews they've had for the entire year! Seems that there is something nefarious occurring as of recent i.e. fake profiles from people most likely with a conflict of interest or the company is pushing people to leave positive reviews for something in return.
      I'd give a zero star review, if possible. The homeowners are walking on rice paper, scared that they will be charged with $25/day fines for irrelevant / petty issues. I personally spent an hour today reviewing the entire HOA by-laws to see if I'll be fined if I seal my driveway or not for bi-yearly maintenance.
      The company and their employees get an F- in competency with their jobs. All they care about is fining more and more! Even though we just went through Covid and now record breaking inflation numbers to where I was fined more then my monthly mortgage because I had a truck I moved out of my garage and placed in my PRIVATE driveway for a month until I could transport it elsewhere and had the means to do so. Thankfully my mortgage company allowed me to defer one monthly payment or I would've been late and took a credit hit. Seems like the company feeds off power and is driven by greed.
      Absolutely despicable and deplorable!
