I sent my diamond to James Allen to be set in one of their rings. Total time was 3 weeks from the day I shipped my diamond to the day I received my ring. I absolutely love my James Allen eternity band. The lab created diamonds are gorgeous and brilliant. I was very impressed with the entire purchasing experience. I was able to take advantage of a good sale and the delivery was fast and the packaging superb. I recently used James Allen to purchase my engagement ring. From beginning to end the team was 10/10. I have absolutely no complaints. I called customer service a few times and each time they were happy to help with whatever questions or problem. When I first recieved my ring, the size was to big so I sent it back to have it resized. The day after James Allen received my ring I decided that I also wanted to upgrade my 1.30 carat diamond to 1.50 carat. I wasn't sure if that can be done in the same order but I decided to call anyway to ask if I can make changes to my order. The woman that helped me was so nice , I explained to her what I wanted and she got it done with no problem at all. I received my beautiful ring 3 days ago and I am in love!!! So thank you James Allen for a wonderful first time experience. I will definitely be back for my wedding band.JamesAllen.com
