I have used them before for my wife’s anniversary rings. Beautiful. Recently ordered some diamond stud and loop earrings. Beautiful once again but the backs on the studs were not like pictured with more secure backing. One phone call, they sent shipping label for return and are currently working on the repair. Great quality and outstanding customer service. You can trust them.

We had such a positive experience in the Georgetown store.
Alicia was so professional and knowledgeable. She was willing to suggest ideas when I expressed what I was looking for but didn’t see exactly. She helped us select a perfect ring for me.

Bought a pair of diamond studs for my wife. I liked the transparency of the entire process, from the quality of the diamonds to the prices. Sadly I didn't get them in time for Christmas, however the online rep worked with me and changed the shipping from my home address to the one where we were on vacation at. I purchased and engagement ring and a wedding ring for my now wife from James Allen.
The center stone fell out of the engagement ring within 3 months.
Now, and 4 days, a stone fell out of her wedding ring.

Hi, the ring looks great but we had a wedding ring also bought from James Allen and it seems we accidentally ordered 14k gold instead of 18k ??. I know there’s nothing you can do but I wanted to let you know that the ring would have looked great in 18k. I wish I saw that option earlier or if that was even an option while purchasing the ring.
