    December 7, 2024, the company moved me from *********, ** to *******, **. They were to arrive at 8 am but believe it was more like 9 am. They booked another move on the same day as mine and took have of the crew to that other move. The crew was not very professional in handling and moving some items. They finished packing the truck around 4 pm that day. There were a few items like my patio furniture and lawnmower that they had to pack in their moving van, so they had to waiting on the owner to get there. So, I left with my mother at the house because I have 2 dogs, and I went to my new house awaiting the truck to arrive and I got to ******* at 5:30pm and the moving truck never got to my house until 9:30 pm and never finished unpacking the truck and assembling my items until 12:45 AM! What my new neighbors must have thought! When the owner of the company got to my new house, I explained how they broke several items during the move- no reconciling of anything. He said they had a wheel of my file cabinet and would get it to me and nothing. Upon unpacking I found more items broken and sent texts messages and pictures to ******* ***** and told me they would reconcile still nothing but a run around for the last three months. I also told her that my lawn mower was broken, and they finally decide to replace it. I'm still waiting three months later. I have other reach to me saying that they had terrible experience as well but never said anything till I made the ******** Their items were never replaced, fixed, discount or reimbursed. This is the worst company I have ever seen!!! If I don't and at this point, I am contacting my lawyer about this horrible company. I even paid a tip because they made me feel like I had to provide one to them- they sure didn't deserve one at all!!!!

    The owner of Heart 2 Heart said they contacted their insurance company a month ago and filed a claim and I have yet to hear from any insurance company. I feel like Im being blown off. It has been over 4 months that Heart 2 Heart said they would reconcile my items and they have continued to show me nothing . Their words are nothing. Laquise  asked me send her pictures of the item that were damaged because she no longer had them in her phone showed me she never intended to fix the problem after I had sent her those  pictures on 2 other occasions. Im so tired of this whole thing that I contacting my lawyer because this has gotten ridiculously out of hand.
