Well last november i went to the good store store cause i've had on and off again foot pain. I heard the ads and in good faith went in. The saleslady was friendly but high sell. I was fitted she explained the different arch supports etc. I tried a new pair of sneakers everything seemed to okay.I purchased the product (2100) that was sticker shock but i hoped my feet and body are worh it.I was told i would receive a call to check on my progress no call. Initially it seemed okay, however after a month or two i felt in my hamstrings and feet. I was on a treadmill i had to slow it down or i though my leg would pop.I tried other supports and insoles for a few months it was worse. The last straw was on my memorial day i went for a walk in the new good feet sneakers i developed blisters. I have not worn them since.I did pay my balance early to get rid of it. Finally in late august i wrote a review on good feet on yelp.A few days went by i heard from someone in good feet customer service. She apologized and offered to go back for a refit. I said no i lost faith and trust in your company i want a refund. She told someone from *********, md would contact me. It took 4 emails to finally have a regional supervisor (** *******) reach out to **** told the *** from good feet if you care so much about customers quit lying to me.Ty again offered a refit. I want you all to know the reason i took some time on this was i wanted to give the supports and inserts a chance. I feel giving them 9 months is enough time. My feet are now worse thanks to them I had to seek a chiropractor to relieve the pain and stress in my legs and joints. A horrible experience.Business Response

Again good feet store never said i had 60 days to respond. As i said they were supposed to call me within 14 days to check in on me. They never did. They lied to me from the get go i will nevr darken a good feet store again. They are terrible. They are ripoff artists. They need to be out of business. I want a refund. I am rejecting this response because:They lied to me from the get go. They were call me in 14 days to check in om ne never did. THey never explained about the 60 day return. What i did get in result from them, my feet are worse. I have to seek chiropractor help i need more thanks to good feet. They lie are hard sell and don't give a **** about the customer. I will never ever walk into a good feet store again unless they are giving me a refund. I'm not the only one who has been deceived ripped off by them. They need to be held accountable for the disonesty. I only want one thing from them is a refund. They can't do anything else for me.

I don't understand this business ripped me off 2000 and thats okay. The lied to me all the time. I add to seek chiropractic care for the damage they did to me. They never said nothing about 60 days. I have talked to many people and they all say the same thing good feet is a ripoff. I should receive financial compensation. I was pressued lied to and my feet were worse because of them. They are lieing and ripping people off as i type this. I'm very disappointed i thought bbb would stand by me and help me out. This company has totally ripped me off $1588.95 these arches do not work theyre selling plastic garbage. I cant believe that I fell into their gimmick. Playing on peoples discomfort. They ought to be totally ashamed of their self. I would not recommend anybody to go to this company. They refuse to give my money back and Ive only had them for three days. Want you to come back in all the time making adjustment adjustment on what? They hurt my feet I have more pain than I had before. They have messed with my health. This place should be put out of business. My back and my hips hurt more than they did before I went in and manager dont care. The arches slide forward you gotta put your shoe on three or four times and hope you can keep them in place they need to be in or youll really do put damage to your body and feet I will be looking into a lawsuit against this company. Can you believe a place like that? Dont have a return policy I guess they would go out of business because nobody would be happy but them after they get your money. They have messed my body alignment up worse than when I went in. Then they slide the receipt in front of you and tell you to initial it and then walk away and dont explain what your initial. I am not a happy customer at all ! And the manager tells me oh we had Velcro for that for $1588. Why wouldnt the Velcro include it? Anybody thats looking for arches look for other options because this place aint the answer. Why would you have to go in for an adjustment? Three days later sounds like to me. These are affecting my body alignment, and they are giving me more pain than what they promise to do for me from this company! I feel I was misled. these people are not doctors and should not be claiming to help with your health. I am not happy with my purchase, and dont trust these people to further treat me. All they do is want you to come back in and get realigned. They are not doctors. I feel theyre hurting peoples health by doing what theyre doing. They are not certified to do what theyre doing. They will not refund my money, and Ive only had them less than a week I was never told that I could not get a refund. I feel this company, misleads people and pressure sales people into their product. They put the insoles in the shoes that they sell, and when you put them in your own shoes, they dont feel the same. People need to be aware of this company and go to a podiatrist and not go to a sales person. Thats trying to make a commission.

This company has so many bad reviews and so many complaints to the Better Business Bureau. I just wish I wouldve read them before entering their store. I wouldve saved myself a lot of money and extensive pain they play on peoples health condition and pain to power sell you into their product. I dont understand how these people can do this without having some kind of degree in podiatrist or a doctors degree that affects the feet, the knees, the hips and the back they could truly hurt somebody. They could truly injure somebody.
I said to this company that the arches when I put them in my shoe and go to put my feet in the whole arch slides forward the managers tells me oh stop back in we have Velcro will you would think for $1588 dont you think the Velcro shouldve been included seriously.

Brenda was called on 3/4/24 after informing us that she was available. A manager contacted her to address her concerns. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a suitable path forward on that phone call.
A manager called ****** again on 3/10/24 and on 3/11/24 a voicemail was left to reach out to us at the earliest convenience.
As of today, 3/18/24, ****** has not made any attempts to call us back or come back into the store for assistance, and resolution. Please have ****** reach out to the care team at ********************************** so we can further assist in a resolution.

I was just was reading the responds that the good foot store has left on the Better Business Bureau to my complaint. Yes, I did talk to the manager which she had no resolutions for. all she did was keep repeating herself over and over again with no other options. The options are always to make the good feet store more profitable not to make the customer happy. which is very bad business .these are an overpriced item that dont work and they should be ashamed of their self to do that to people especially in todays economy and Id like to add that nobody reached out to me on March 10 or March 11 of 2024 so that is completely false, no one called and left a message on my voicemail or spoke to me . I asked to speak to the district manager, and I was told that theyre not allowed to give out that information .I checked my voicemails daily. one would wish that they would want to reach out and rectify this situation to make a customer happy they dont care enough to. The only thing I heard from the good feed store after I talk to the manager the first time is a text message asking for a survey. they know that the customer is a very unhappy with the product why would you bug them for a survey when you already know theres a problem . theyre supposed to have an experts in the store and claim to be an expert . I would suggest they find more education before they deal with health situations ! As I stated before, they could really hurt somebody . You walk on this cheap piece of plastic and they actually collapse in your shoe and they dont even hit you on your arch area of your foot . They are not doctors and they should not be doing this . A customer shouldnt have to come back a day or two later, if they knew what they were doing in the first place. And after purchasing these, I realize how many complaints they have against this business. These things are completely useless what possible solution can they have to justify getting these correct when he said he had it correct one the first day that I purchased them . How can something support your body when you can feel it collapsing in your shoe and its not even situated in the arch area you shouldnt feel it in the ball of your feet.
I just dont know how they get away with this!all they offer is a store credit what the heck are you going to buy in that store for almost $1600 what could you possibly buy? I want to get my money back I dont want no more of their product . What to hurt my feet more and hurt my body more. When this company wants to rectify this situation to help me and not their self, my phone is always open, but Im not gonna talk to people that keep saying the same things over and over again and its not helping me. I will continue to report this company within other avenues, so this company has to explain their self why they can charge this much for a piece of plastic that dont even support your body and as you walk, you can feel them collapsing . Im a very unhappy customer and I hope other people read this before they go and waste their money. Like I stated before nobody reached out to me if they did reach out and cam up as unknown number I dont answer unknown numbers and if they did call, you didnt leave a voicemail and I can submit my phone records I have no reason to lie and far as reaching out to you. You have a complaint from a customer. I shouldnt have to reach out to you again I did a survey to tell you I was unhappy. I spoke to a so-called manager, which she was no help at all, and she is the one that told me I could not contact a district manager, so maybe you should talk to her. And if I were to reach out again for the third time, the good foot store would just keep repeating their self over and over and not coming up with a resolution for this problem, so why should I waste my time to reach out to you? You have an unhappy customer you should be making the effort which you have not, and dont say you left a voicemail because you did not.. far is the doctor thats the first time I heard about a doctor. You as a business should be reaching out to an unhappy, unsatisfied customer. And Im sure you have my email address and I know you have my phone number that you could text me to tell youve been trying to reach me I dont pick up unknown numbers.give my number to your district manager, because I would love to speak with him. I dont believe you want to resolve this issue or you would have by now. Instead, you want to keep blaming your unhappy customer to make your company look better. I think if I wouldve received two voicemails, I believe that I am educated enough to pick up my voicemails and return a phone call like I said, I can submit phone records. These people never called me and left a voicemail and thats funny. I get voicemails from everybody else.and far as describing a voicemail arent they pretty generic. I feel that this company thinks this is a game and has not even tried to rectify this situation in any matter. When they want to come to an agreement they have my email they have my text and they have my phone number.three avenues to get into contact with me, and if they want to supply me with a number to the district manager, I will gladly speak to him or her.
these plastic arches are not doing me any good they have nothing in that store that I desire to buy. and believe me, Im not the only customer that feels this way if you check their track record. I spoke with the district manager of the good feet store in the ********* store Md and we came to a conclusion that she would refund my money now I have the receipt saying that she refund my money. It has not cleared the bank yet, so I do not want to close this dispute yet once the money is put back on the credit card that I used for the purchase and I made whole then I will close the dispute. The good feet store decided to give me a refund. They did charge me for rubber flat insoles $50. if you went to another store, the cost would probably be $5 ! $50 you tell me thats not robbery
but Im glad its resolved and I took my loss of $50. I have to say I will never shop with them again the district manager was really nice on the phone but when I met her at the store and I thanked her for the refund, she didnt even answer me so I think that was a little disrespectful but all in all I got most of my money back. and thank you for being there to help. I purchased a pair of shoes and orthotics on 8-9-23 and found unable to wear due to *******************. On 8-11/23 attempted to return items and only shoes could be returned. Sales pitch was convincing but no mention made that orthotics could be returned. Paper with fine print and no time to read was asked to initial at payment.
