    Horrible company. Everything they did during the construction of our pool, came back to haunt us years later. Look at all the lawsuits they have before considering calling this company.

    We hired this company to replace our pool liner. The contract was signed in the summer of August 2021. The initial experience seemed positive, measurements done timely, selection of the pool liner, etc. We specifically signed and paid our initial deposit so we could be the first for the new pool season in 2022. The team came out in March 2022 to drain our pool. From March until the install was finally complete in mid June, we had nothing but headaches. We had to repeatedly call to find out the status of when the work would be done and were met with every excuse in the book - staffing issues, weather issues, they would start something and then disappear, the liner was not measured correctly so it had to be reordered, getting water delivered was supposedly a challenge for them. They had to come out and put the light in another day. They did but then said there was an issue with the electric but the light was fine. Fast forward to weeks later when our regular electrician came out to check the light and electric. Another lie from the pool company. The electric was fine. The pool company broke the light. Worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. Nothing but lies.

    First of all, we enjoyed working with Mr. *******. We did not have contact with the poster of this review who I assume is his wife.

    Yes, the liner did not fit. We remeasured and rushed through a replacement. We acknowledged it and apologized. We gave Mr. ******* a $1000.00 credit.

    Spring 2022 was very cold with snow in April. Due to this not only could we not install a liner, come May, the water haulers were very busy, and water had to be schedule days to weeks out. It was a scheduling nightmare for all.

    As for the light. It is very old, and wiring is not up to code. After the pool water warmed up and we went back to install it, it would not work. We did not break it. The electrician did not verify if the light has power to it as we were told that the electrician doesn't tough pool lights.

    Mr. ******* called us for a quote for a new pool light and as much as we like him, we decided that he should call another pool company for that. We fell that his wife will not be happy no matter what we do.

    We admitted the liner didn't fit, we apologized, we gave a $1000.00 credit. All his wife does is write horrible reviews online about us but never mentions any of the ways we tried to make it right.
