      Paid to have them clean air ducts and also disinfect for mold and they did not complete the job as agreed upon and tried to double charge for services already paid for. They also damaged the unit in multiple areas while there.

      This is a scam! I was approached on a private community ******** page by someone pretending to be a neighbor. Clean Air Solutions would provide a discount to the neighborhood if a group of us signed up to have our air ducts and/ or dryer vents cleaned. I contacted the neighbor and signed up for the dryer vent service. The crew arrived late, in an old mini van, not a company truck. ****, who seemed to be the team leader accessed our storage room without our knowledge. They stated that they could not do the job for the price quoted. **** was willing to negotiate price. They did complete the cleaning. My husband stayed with them. However, they wanted an additional $400 to connect the vents, as a side job. We agreed, reluctantly but **** kept pressing the possibility of a fire if not done. Bottom line, I tried to reach the neighbor, the company and the phone numbers used to call me two days following the job. None worked. Fortunately I was able to stop payment on the additional $400 check. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not have any dealings with clean air solutions, Gaithersburg, **.
