    My **************** went on the Blink Kept saying ******** Powered by Tizen on Tuesday 07-11-23. It would not let me do anything with Remote or TV.I called ******* cause TV was under Warranty. They told me to contact Home Service Network (HSN) for repair or replacement. They said they would be out next week. I received a text saying Tech would be out Monday 07-17-23 between 12 and 6 pm. I called around 3 pm for an ETA and was told they would call me back. Tech called around 4 pm. He arrived and spoke No English and said He needs to take TV. I asked when I can get it back. He asked me to sign a paper saying he picked up the TV. I did. When I called HSN, they could not give me answer on when it would be ready. I was Told to call *******. I did and they said they would get back to me. Called *** again Thursday, Friday and Monday and left messages with No reply. Called again Tuesday ***** and was told another story. Still Waiting on part. Called ******* and they said Part was delivered on Monday to ***. Called *** and was told waiting on part again. I asked to speak to supervisor and was told they would get back to me. This Company (***) is a sham and no one has ever called to give me an update. I have been without a TV and have asked for Loaner or Replacement with No Reply from ***.

    3 service tickets and the problem is not fixed. This company's technicians do not know what they are doing. Poor proficiency in the English language so when they call ******* online tech support to get help, they don't understand your complaint or instructions/directions being provided by the online support technicians that do speak English. First tech that came and replaced parts. I signed the first work order after the tech installed the evaporator fan and told me it was fixed. Waited a few hours for it to start ******* then I called the first tech back and told him that it was still doing the same thing (not cooling) and that the part he put on did not fix the problem. I also told them to return my parts and to figure out the real problem. A second tech showed after rescheduling with ******* and said the parts the first tech installed were not the problem, he talked to the online support that told him to do some tests and then confirmed the evaporator fan was not the issue. He was told that another ticket would have to be placed to fix the sealed system. The tech said he could not fix the sealed system because the company does not work on products over 5yrs old. I refused to sign the 2nd work order he presented since the product had not been fixed but they charged me ****** anyways. I requested a full refund of the charged for the service call and parts that did not fix the issue. Both ******* and *** management said I would get my refund but point the finger at the other for the refund. I filed this BBB complaint and posted several reviews. I also reported the transaction as fraud to my credit card company since I did not authorize the charge because the requested service was not performed. My refrigerator supposedly has a 10yr compressor warranty but since *** doesn't know how to work on it, they refused the follow-on ticket from ******* and as of today they have not returned.Gets better. This is the only authorized service center for ******* in this area.

    Hello. I have attached the letter we sent to ******* who had arranged the contractor to come to do the repair on our gas range.

    All the information is in the attached document. We have also have submitted a dispute to our bank for the credit card charge.
