    My wife went to the office of Fyzical on the dates of August 4,8, & 11 for physical therapy. She was told by the 2nd 0r 3rd visit she had an outstanding copay of $120. My wife promptly paid that amount. Upon receiving our EOB's from our insurance company, we saw that my wife did not owe any money for her visits since she had reached her max. out of pocket for the year. I emailed Chris at Fyzical and explained the situation. I also included our EOB's from the insurance company. Chris in turn forwarded my information to Terri who is the billing manager. On October 4, 2023 Chris emailed my back and Terri confirmed that my wife was owed the money. On October 20, 2023 I followed up with Chris again to find out about the refund. He responded back on October 25, 2023 by stating "I just tagged Scott and Terri on the Bill again and put a rush on recrediting ******** account. Will keep you posted. Sorry for the delay." I sent another email on November 13, 2023 asking for an update. As of November 16, 2023 I have received no response. I would like Fyzical to refund the amount paid since they were not owed this money in the first place.

    I emailed ******* on 11/29/2023 stating he should be reimbursed his wife's copays to the card they used. I was unaware until 1 hour ago that a complaint had been made to the BBB by Mr ****** as the letters/correspondence had been sent to our old address (740 Stevenson Rd)  from 4 years ago and was under the name of our Lawyer ******* ***. I called and spoke with ****** ****** who confirmed they had received the funds in their account and was unaware a complaint to BBB had been made. As of 11/29/2023 the issue has been addressed. I have never been reported to BBB so I do not know what the next steps are or how to proceed with getting this complaint removed.
