    On Saturday, May 31, I went to this business to get some used tires installed on my vehicle. They were happy to assist me in getting tires for my vehicle. Had the tires installed drove away after paying had a serious vibration while driving on the highway, came back to the shop Where they tried to fix the issue after doing some test drives. They installed two new used tires on the front of my vehicle after had left there was still a slight problem, but this was after they had closed down for the day come to find out that it isa tire balancing issue and also the tires that they sold me are way past DOT regulations Two tires are eight years old and two tires are between 15 years old very disappointed with the service and the deception. Also a **** check out the receipt had a different name than what was on the ****** address for this location? They say that they are autoboxx on ******, but with the printed receipt, it says road rabbit express. Due to the safety of the tires that were sold to me and the fact that on the receipt, it says no refunds all tires soldas is is a major issue, especially when it comes to safety for *** regulations and used tires should not be sold more than 5 to 7 years old. When they tried to fix it and put two new used tires onto the front of the vehicle. They charge me an additional $10 per tire plus tax.

    March 28, 2023, two tires purchased from this business. Later that evening within a few hours, I had to put air in the tire and three more times after. Contact made same day and business asked me to go back to look at it. Went back when I could two days later, a piece of metal was found in the tire. I still had to pay for a plug for the tire. Come to find out, plugs can not be used anymore and can not be at the sidewall. My cousin asked about it and told me that they can not be done as done so. My cousin called and business said that they would not resolve and had to pay for a new tire. Said business states that the tech told me it was temporary to get back to Pa Never was informed that it was temporary OR that can not be done at sidewall.
