    Gosh, I wish I had seen the review prior to mine, I would not have ordered furniture from them. Months have gone by and now thousands of dollars later, I am still waiting not just for my furniture that I paid for in full because they said it was about to be shipped, but for them to call or email me with information about what is going on. They are not responsive, vague and unprofessional.
    I filed a complaint with my bank, advised the Chamber of Commerce in Hagerstown and now I am leaving this review with the Better Business Bureau. I don't know what you have to do to get a business to keep their commitments. It's pretty sad.
    I hope they send me my furniture or refund my money. I am weary of doing business with companies I have found on Facebook. They appear to do beautiful work, but maybe they don't know how to run a business. Be very wary of ordering furniture from this company.

    This is the worst run company for customer service I have ever come accross. Our product was ordered in March and it's now December and have yet to receive our build in good shape. We were shipped one back in October, came heavily damaged without proper protective packaging. Upon shipping back, we were told it would be turned around quickly. It has now been over 5 weeks, and Julie and her team refuse to provide us proactive information. She refuses to call me back and we have to constantly email and call to try and get detail. She is completely obstinate and refuses to provide any clarity or transparancy into the issues they are encountering. She leans on "company policy" and refuses to provide us a refund or any timeline. When asked questions like "how long have you had the returned product, when will you ship, why don't you call us back," she refuses to answer or provide any clarity. She will play the victim and say we are badgering, but when you pay 1000's of dollars for a product that is delayed 2x time it was supposed to without any clear answers, you would be upset too. I have tried to contact the owner as well, and Todd refuses to call me back as well. They will cry "small business" and "we're trying our hardest" and when they can't perform the simplest task of returning phone calls, or proactivley contacting us for status, then that clearly identifies a business and process problem. They refuse to take accountability. Beware of their ineptitude and do not patronize this business.
