    I lived here almost a year. I cant wait until i move out. And i would love to see the extra charges stacked because clearly, thats what they're known for. My heating system went out. They have an old HVAC system meaning, it has to work 5x harder to produce heat leaving the tenant with a large heating bill (500 bucks). My thermostat is set to 68. No matter what its set to, as long as its freezing outside i will suffer with a large bill. No point in bringing that up to them because nothing will be done, neither would they refund me a portion. I have been trying to rectify a billing issue. I sent an email January 12th, since no one answers the phone. At this point i believe they screen the incoming calls. I have been trying to get in touch with someone above the office staff and no one answers the phone or responds to emails. It is February 7th and i haven't received a response to an email i sent about a late fee i was charged. The person who i spoke with seems to be waiting 2 months now for a response from whoever to clear this issue. They are unorganized lackadaisical and incompetent of their jobs.

    about the late fee related to your banking issue.  As we discussed yesterday, based on the
    information provided, the late fee is valid.  We received your January rent payment on January 8, 2024.  Pursuant to the Lease, rent is due on the 1st of the month and as a courtesy we extend a grace period until the 5th of the month to pay without a late fee assessment.   Please let me know if you have any
    additional questions.
