    I purchased a Delsey Paris carryon luggage Christmas 2022. For the first year the luggage rolled smoothly although I only used it 3 times. After a year, the wheels started sticking and not rolling/spinning smoothly. The company says it has a 2 year warranty. according to their website. I tried calling the company but there was no answer and I kept getting hung up on. I then sent 2 emails regarding my complaint, each 1 week apart. I have not heard back from the company regarding this issue. All I want them to do is put me in touch with a repair service who will repair their luggage at no cost to me. I was sooo excited to purchase my Delsey luggage; now, however, what a waste of my money because their customer service is terrible! To date, I have not heard back from Delsey regarding having my luggage repaired. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!!

    Similar to other posts. This company sent me a USED and DAMAGED product! Therefore I had to return it, but it is not clearly posted how to get a return label for them to pay for shipping and I had to pay $80 to return it. I immediately emailed them with confirmation of shipping and proof of payment and they refuse to reimburse. This company is a scam.

    Delsey sent a travel tote that had a bunched up and twisted bottom support under the lining, which made the bag unusable due to lack of bottom support, and causing the whole bag to be misaligned. It was impossible to fix the issue without cutting the lining. I suspect it was a return because the straps were attached to the bag when I received it, and the plastic bag had been ripped open.
    I provided customer service photos of the defective bag the day I received it and had to email customer service twice before I even received a response. I asked for a return label at least twice, but all I received was a RMA number. Customer service did not respond to my repeated requests for a return label for the clearly defective bag. They require return within 30 days, but run out the clock by not responding, so customers are forced to send the defective products back at their own cost which seems to be a deceptive business practice. Shipping is expensive because it has to be in the original packaging. The RMA includes a disclaimer that they will not refund shipping expenses if paid by the customer. I paid $35 shipping for an unusable $65 bag, which was the least expensive shipping option. Let’s see how long it takes to get a refund. There is no phone number to call customer service and they have ignored several of my emails. I will file a complaint with the BBB and won’t buy another Delsey product again. Horrible customer service and not worth the hassle.

    I don't even know where to start. We purchased a set of your lime green hard cases around 2010 at Macy's and 13 years later we are still using them. They are by far the best suitcases we have ever owned. One of our large ones is starting to fall apart and we now use a strap to make sure it stays closed and secure. We purchased new Samsonite ones 3 years ago and have yet to use them as yours keep going and going. I would venture to guess they have flown over 90 trips and likely have another 10 - 20 to go. Well done and thank you for such a great product!

    Product description inaccurate, Returned item (at a big expense to me) within 2 weeks of purchase. No refund was issued and it's been six weeks. They referred me to my bank. They have no phone support and a different person replies to help inquiries so there's no chain of communication. The product quality has diminished considerably and the customer service is unacceptable. I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with my bank, and now will have to gather all documentation and submit. I was a loyal customer in the past but their products and service are sub standard.
