      Can't express how frustrated I am with this company. Our panels stopped reporting in May 2023. They are contractually obligated to report when our panels stopped working. We didn't find out until we stopped receiving SREC payments that it happened. After multiple back and forth, we finally got our SREC payments updated but the solar panels are still not working properly and it's Oct 2023. We are losing a lot of production as the day gets shorter.
      One of their technicians turned off our monitoring w/out informing us because our "modem wasn't updated" not bothering to find out that we redirected the connection to our WIFI. Their people don't know what their contractual obligations are, nor do they talk to someone else in their company before they act.
      Lots of our solar panels are still not reporting, resulting in loss for us. Last summer, the service guy suspected some squirrel activities but never checked physically. They finally sent someone yesterday to have a look and fix whatever is wrong with it but they pivoted right out of there because the squirrels have babies and basically told us he couldn't do anything until the squirrels grow up and go away. They seem to have no contingency plan for something that I would think is becoming a common problem for them. We are scrambling to find a solution. We called a company to take out the squirrels but apparently they can't touch the solar panels. NOW WHAT?
      They're not living up to the sales pitch they did when we were buying the panels. Their technicians/managers don't seem talk to each other. There's no one proactively owning any issues to get us a resolution.
      Early, when the initial install caused holes in our roof that installers didn't bother patching up, I had to write the C-Suite exec to get action to have them remove the panels, repair my roof and put them back. All these inconveniences make me conclude that getting solar panels is probably not worth it. It's a huge loss in time and money.

      Extremely frustrated. Half my panels are down and many months of trying to get them to come out and fix it. They are not even pretending to be interested in helping me out any more. The company is in the dumps. I don't know what to do other than pay to have it fixed myself and accept that I have been burned for many thousands of dollars.
