      I cashed a check with them after spending two hours on the phone with my bank to cancel a check so I would be able to cash that said check. When I got a phone call from them I answered it and said hello I was immediately insulted and was told that I needed to pay back all the money of my check. I asked her who this was and she stated that her name was ***** and she cursed me out and told me that she will be putting in a complaint with my bank. Very unprofessional and rude I would be more then happy to give them back the money. But after this I called my bank to deal with it. I was on the phone with *********** speaking with man named ***** employee number ***** where he told me that now my account has been closed and I could never open another account with them. He was reassuring me that he would be able to help but then told me I no longer have an account. So this misunderstanding just cost me a place to cash my check and a place to put it.
