    Be ware!!!! I was charged $59 for a service visit. The technician quoted $419, which I initially mistook for an error code. He proceeded to replace the capacitor and added a booster without my confirmation for the job, both parts cost less than $50 on Amazon. Given the simplicity of the job, I expected a total cost of no more than $200. When I questioned the $419 charge, he argued it was a discount compared to larger HVAC companies. I have replaced a capacitor on an old unit before and know its an easy and safe DIY. I chose this service based on positive reviews and didnt have time to do it myself, but regretted not confirming the price beforehand. Although he gave me a $59 credit, bringing the total to $359, I was dissatisfied with the experience. Beware of this one-man company; his integrity is questionable and business pricing practices are poor, and he has lost a repeat customer as well as friends and families.
