Very professional and extremely fast. All the professionals we spoke with were knowledgeable and accommodating. Pricing was fair and they were willing to work with us to remove and replace a pool solar system. I would definitely use them again for any future exterior projects.

The entire process was efficient. Great cleanup, very quickly done & an overall great experience. Needed a new roof, and I have no complaints whatsoever. ***** and ***** ensured the project ran seamlessly from start to finish which is highly appreciated.Home Genius Exteriors

Biggest mistake even having thus company to do a roofing job for me . It took the 4 months to complete the job and was at the house 13 times . Did roofing incorrectly many times and did damage to house that they had to keep repairing. Hax to tell company not to send the ******* or crew they sent because of their shody work . We are still picking up nail and staples months later they did not clean up . They totally destroyed the shrubs around the house which they are refusing to pay to gave replaced . Would definitely NOT recommend Home Genius Exteriors doing ANY work around your house !!!Home Genius Exteriors

They did a great job! Laid down tarps, moved items before and afterwards. Cleaned up the nails, shingles, and tarps, wood, etc.Home Genius Exteriors

The workers and project manager **** were all friendly and cleaned up well and they were able to come out the next day to do the job, ***** the inspector was extremely helpful in helping me choose the best system and the workmanship was wonderful! Very great company ! Prices were very reasonable they werent the lowest but you get what you pay for and they did fantastic!Home Genius Exteriors

Salesman lied about pricing, using a high pressure tactic to get us to sign contract on the spot. Representatives failed to do any of the things we were told in the introductory email leading up to roof install Representatives were hesitant to even address our concerns over not getting the pricing that was agreed that time of contract As I sit here writing this review, a representative who made an appointment with us for 7pm last night for final walk through and to sign completion paperwork, did not show. Did not call/text/email. In following how our experience has gone so far, we were ghosted, with no reschedule, no contact, nothing. The crew who installed the roof, are the only employees of this company, who didnt lie to us, or miss a promised contact time. The worked from 6:20am to 9:30 pm. Other than the install crew, this company has let us down at every turnHome Genius Exteriors
