Home Genius was on time, thorough and did an exceptional job from the second they arrived this morning. ***** started this process educating us on our needs and helped us decide on what we wanted. Very nice and super helpful with photos as well. ** and ****** were fantastic and provided us with constant updates and finished the project by 5pm. Special shout-out to ******** for helping us get moving on solar panel removal to get this project going. Overall a great experience!

I was scheduled for an estimate and took off of work because I am in desperate need of a roof repair. The company called me the day before to confirm my appointment. 15 minutes after the time I was scheduled I called to see if they were running late and was told that my appointment had been cancelled and no one could give me a reason as to why. I am a single mother I work 5 days a week and took this one day with hope that I finally found a roofer. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.Home Genius Exteriors

Home Genius came to install a roof and found out that I had other damage and did more then just a repair, the workers were very energetic about getting the job done. A terrible experience! They were charging double what we ended up paying for our new roof for the same materials!! I believe we were taken advantage of because we were senior citizens! We foolishly signed the contract with them before getting other estimates. After talking to our Son, we cancelled the next day. When we called to cancel, they offered to miraculously lower the price by $8,000.00. We, of course, said no. It has been a month and we still havent received our down payment back.Home Genius Exteriors
