      I took my truck in there, they worked on it all day made me buy a part and fix it. They charged me money told me it’s fixed, but it needs to regan and they kept it overnight. The next regan and they kept it overnight. The next day I go back, the truck doesn’t move, it went into derating mode and they couldn’t do anything. When brought the truck in, it wasn’t doing any of that..They made another company come and charge me $900.00 more dollars just to temporary get it to move for 10 hours and didn’t resolve the issue. They damaged my truck and made me pay for the damage. And I don’t know what’s wrong with the truck now.

      We checked this unit for a few issues.  One issue was for an engine light.  We found had active codes for NOX sensor.  We replaced the customer supplied sensor - customer wanted to provide parts.  After the sensor was replaced unit would not complete a regen.  We advised unit needs to get to the ********* Dealer due to a communication issue.  The ********* Dealer came to our facility to check out.  They were able get it out of D-rate for 10 hours.  ********* advised customer they had a wiring issue.  ********* confirmed CFS was not at fault.

      My 18-wheeler was wrecked in Baltimore on Christmas morning, December 25, 2021 - Camaro ran out of gas and vehicle was left in the lane of traffic at 3 am; Camaro had no insurance, so I was forced to file on mine (********************). I had the truck towed to Columbia Fleet Service in Jessup Maryland because I was assured it was a one stop shop for mechanical repairs, body work and the facility was DOT Inspection certified; they promised me a road ready truck on June 6, 2022.

      The truck was in no way "road ready" upon pick up. They had installed a non-DOT compliant passenger steer tire, it had a broken slack adjuster, leaking shock, needed a front-end alignment, new radiator and radiator reservoir, new steering gearbox and 4 J-bolt hangers that hold the box to the frame. My one-week trip to get the truck to Fort Wayne Indiana (equipment installs) and then to Chicago to deliver to the driver was extended to three weeks resulting in further expense to me in hotel accommodations, lost revenue and loss of a driver due to Colombia Fleet Service's negligence.

      Furthermore, Columbia Fleet Service has $2,830.02 in insurance monies due me which they will not release. The insurance monies are due to me because the generator on my truck had to be replaced. ******************** claimed "betterment" and said they would only cover 25% of the generator cost that I paid out of pocket; the monies were paid by ******************** to Columbia Fleet Service. Andrew M***** is the principal contact, knows full well that these funds are due me and I have an email from him stating such. The check was supposed to have been ready when I picked the truck up but wasn't, so he said he'd send it to me. I have yet to receive said check and Mr. M***** will not respond to contact attempts with him since my return home. Columbia Fleet Service is not a reputable vendor and the general public needs to be protected from them at all costs.
