On December 21 I made a purchase and notice on my receipt that it was an extra $4.50 and .21 cent charge. I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with the manager named Jack about the extra $4.50 charge. he told me it was extra taxes for liquor. I told him I wanted to do a return on what I purchase he told me I couldn't return what I purchased . There's no return policy stating that you can't return anything and I told them that I feel like that's illegal for them to charge an extra $4.50 plus additional $.21 charge and I will be contacting business Better Business Bureau and they told me to do not return, so I want to file a complaint report against good Time liquors in Joppatowne
