      I had a leak in my ceiling. The contractor from VIP came out & fixed the leak, but never returned to complete the job. He was paid our $1,000 deductible. The job was supposed to start 6 weeks ago, put the ceiling & walls back together & paint. I was unable to reach the contractor (****** ******). He finally called us back & agreed on 20 October, but did not show. I called twice that day & the call center could only log it into the system & said the project manager would call me back in 30-45 minutes. This did not happen. He finally called me the next day, put me in contact with someone that agreed to come out on 26 October. On 25 October, the person text me & said he couldn’t come out. I called him & he said he was waiting on ******’s manager to call back about sending someone else out because he had to take another job on his own. I need someone in charge to contact me to get this rectified. It is obvious that nothing will ever get done with the person that contracted to do it & the fact that he’s received $1,000. I’m only looking to get the job complete because the process that VIP Restoration has does not allow anyone to talk to someone within the company that resolve issues, it only sends the issues to the people that are the issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am beyond frustrated & feel like I’m being scammed.

      I am waiting for a return call from my client as we stand ready to finish the job, their was some miscommunication in the process of our communication but that have been resolved at this point. Once I talk to the Home owner we will schedule and appointment and go from there, Kindly extend my remorse for his dissatisfaction

      I have spoken to the customer and scheduled a start day for Next Wednesday December  the 7th, 2022
