      I contacted HomeServe because of constant moisture in an approximately 2.5 X 2.5 feet section near my sewer line. Haynes Plumbing was sent to investigate and repair the issue. The repair crew arrived on 3/28. The supervisor stated that he MAY have to remove my Japanese Dwarf and any lighting to access the area. He also implied that my Japanese Dwarf if removed might not be covered or placed back in my yard unless maybe, "you can pay one of the Spanish guys...". He asked me to sign a waiver allowing him to remove those items IF necessary to complete the repair. I signed the document and contacted HomeServe to inform them of what was discussed. They said everything was covered. Haynes Plumbing proceeded to drive a backhoe onto my lawn and dig up the entirety of the section of my front yard, rather than just the 2.5X2.5 feet section where the moisture presented itself. They removed the soil from the section and dumped it on my lawn without even laying down a tarp to protect the existing lawn. The hole itself was approximately 10 feet deep and 12X12 feet. They secured the section overnight with a thin piece of lime green tape. Haynes returned on 3/29 and filled the hole after the **** inspector left at around noon. They once again drove the backhoe onto my lawn to fill the hole. Once they thought they were close to finishing the backhoe driver rang my doorbell and insisted I pay him to put my Japanese Dwarf back. When I told him it was covered, he got angry, stormed back to his truck, and waited for his partner to spread grass seed and hay on my already destroyed lawn and sprinkler system. The entire hole now fills with water when it rains because the soil was not even put back correctly. The pipes from my sprinkler system are now mangled and sticking up from the ground. To date, the Dwarf bust is sitting on my lawn where they left it on 3/29. I contacted Haynes **************** and HomeServe. I was told on 4/3 that Haynes would be out to fix it. 4/12 nothing!

       We were contacted by American Water Recourses about a leak on the water main needing repair.
      We did repair the leak, got the permit for the job,and had all work inspected which was passed by county regulations. Haynes Plumbing also backfilled, seeded, and strawed the yard.


       The homeowners insurance company does not cover yard restoration/exterior yard repairs. We did reach out to the home owner to offer a $100.00 voucher credit. The home owner stated yard is now completed and service is no longer requested.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Haynes Plumbing did extensive damage to my property unnecessarily on March 28th. I have attached a picture of the area that they were contracted to address. Upon examination, you will see several glaring facts: 1. The area that needed repair was contained in a small 2 by 4 feet section, in the corner against the front of my house and next to the sewer line. I have included a photo highlighting the area that needed repair. Haynes Plumbing was made aware of this from the beginning. The small area in question was constantly damp which is why they were called by HomeSense. 2. The use of a backhoe to access that small area was excessive, and invasive and did unnecessary damage to my property. 3. You will also see in the photo, the area needing repair was nowhere near my sprinkler system. If they had used shovels to access the water line in the contained wet section in that small corner, all of this could have been avoided. I know the area could have been reached by shovel because when WSSC (the water company) had to replace the cut-off switch the week before in the front part of my lawn they dug a hole just as deep using shovels. No backhoe was present.
      Their reckless techniques were further demonstrated when they returned on April ******************************************************************************** that case, they replanted the now-dead Dwarf Japanese Maple that they abandoned in my yard for a month and threw out more hay and grass seed. They once again showed up with a backhoe. I have included a photo of that fiasco. Please tell me why a backhoe is needed to spread grass seed and hay and/or plant a tree. Haynes Plumbing says they offered me payment. That is untrue! The only conversation I ever had with a Haynes employee about money was when their worker asked me for money to put my tree back in its proper place on March 29th.  I refused to pay their worker to put my Japanese Dwarf and told him HomeSense said it was covered. (I contacted HomeSense on March 28 and 29th at which time they told me it was covered.) I let the worker know that HomeSense said it was covered and even called Haynes Plumbing's customer service and told them what was going on. They ignored me and left my yard in a wrecked condition.

        Last year we did perform basic restoration that was approved by her ******************** including replanting of the plant as best as we could.  Please see attached pictures below.

      Haynes Plumbing workmen dug a 10-foot hole in the front yard to fix a broken water line around 10/14/2023. In cleaning up, they did not level the yard so that it would be even across the front - as it was before the excavation. I called the company - ****************************************************** several times to ask that they level the hill that is now in my front yard. I did not get any response. I called the insurance company that hired them - ************************ of ********, **********, ***. 60567-4950. They said I needed to hire someone to fix the mess they left. Before hiring Haynes Plumbing, I had asked the insurance company about using another, more familiar and reliable company in the area, but they insisted on Haynes. All I am asking for is to get my yard back to the state it was before the excavation.

      I am disappointed in your service since May of 2023. I had part of my sewage like excavated and replaced based on the recommendation of one of your technicians. A technician then came back in August and mentioned that they could hydro-jet the line to clear it, but when I call your office there was no recollection of that recommendation at your office. The issue still has not been resolved and you refuse to come back and resolve my issue due needing another work order from my home warranty provider. Legal action may be needed as I feel both Haynes Plumbing & Heating, Inc and ******** ***** ********* have breach the contract and not made the repair satisfactory and is unacceptable as family members in my household are elderly and have health issues. This shows all you care about to the bottom line, personal paychecks and not customer satisfaction.

      We were contacted by ************************ to investigate ****************** sewer issues.
      We found a bad section of sewer pipe in yard and replaced the bad section of piping. We also
      purchased the necessary permit and closed the yard back up. After the repair the sewer line was
      clear and flowed freely. Due to the age of the pipe there appears to be corrosion inside the pipe as
      well.

      ****************** had a continue warranty coverage with ************************ that he could have
      called in. We recommend he call back in to have them send out a new work order. **. ************************* his policy with ************************ and continued calling into our office. His policy and money paid was to ************************ not to Haynes Plumbing.

      We did make the customer aware that the best thing to do would be to contact American Water
      Resources for further repairs. We made him aware to contact ************************ to check
      and see if he has inside coverage on his sewer line. We do not know all the details on his policy. He
      may have coverage to jet or replace an old line. We made the service visit to check his sewer on the
      emergency call. The plumber found all work outside was in working condition. Customers
      plumbing issues are related to old plumbing inside the home. (Home is 50 years old)

      Haynes Plumbing did provide a plumbing report to ************************ for further
      investigation.

      I have a multi-service repair contract with *********, a national company that send out its contractors to repair (I have also filed a BBB Complaint just now against *********).. About 2 weeks ago I called ********* to come out and check my toilets as I had had an unusually high water bill and **** Water Co. had told me there might be a leak. ********* sent out Haynes Plumbing & Heating Co. about 2 weeks ago. The Haynes plumber came out and checked all 3 toilets in my home and found nothing. However, they broke my toilet on the first floor as it will no longer flush and lacks water in the tank. .That toilet was working fine before Haynes Plumbing came out here. Since then I have called Haynes Plumbing several times (*********, also) and they fail to respond, either to call me or return my calls. It is not right that I am stuck with a toilet that Haynes Plumbing broke . PLEASE HELP ME.

      I am rejecting this response because: Haynes Plumbing is telling a lie.   My toilet was working perfectly before I had the misfortune of  being contracted with ********* and their contractor, Haynes Plumbing. Now the toilet is broken because HAYNES PLUMBING BROKE IT!  In addition, ********* had its assistant to the president, a **** *****, call me two or three times to arrange for Haynes to return and repair my toilet.  ********* even had the nerve to send me a contract stating it was not responsible for toilet repair.  HAYNES NEVER MENTIONED MY TOILET PROBLEM WHILE IN MY HOME.  IT IS WRONG FOR ME TO HAVE TO PAY FOR REPAIRS FOR MY TOILET BROKEN BY HAYNES PLUMBING,  THE CONTRACTOR OF *********.  HAYNES PLUMBING  IS LYING.  THEY MADE NO MENTION AT ALL ABOUT MY TOILET WHILE IN MY HOME.  THEY BROKE MY TOILET!!!

      This is beyond wrong and I must sue *************
