    I dropped my car off April ******* and my car was ready May ******* when I dropped my car off it was running perfectly fine just had damage done to the driver side door and front bumper and after picking the car up it was hesitant to go pass 40 mph now the car have over heated within 24 hours of getting the car back and now the car won't even start anymore the driver side door they claim to have had fixed still has rain running inside the car shop refuses to fix problem they said it's not their problem I just have bad luck and if I wanted them to fix it I would have to pay them car is still leaking with water inside on the driver side door that the claimed to have fixed

    Hi, this is ***** *. Manager of BAC collision center this is the contract/estimate that the customer agree to and signed you will notice on Page 2 at the bottom is a written statement that the customer agreed to and was happy when picking up Her car. This is a 2011 ***** Malibu with ******* miles and had Prior front-end damage and was overall not in the best condition. installing a front bumper cover or any of the other repairs had nothing to do with the cooling system of the car and we had no reason to touch any of the components.
    and the Leaking on the Front door looks like it was a hinge issue from wear due to age and swinging the door open hard over time nothing from the accident hit the door we only painted it for color Match reasons which are called Blending on the estimate as the door was never hit or even scratched from the accident. I answered the call after hours and offer a tow truck customer never brought car back to us and was not happy when i explained she could possibly Have a repair bill once we determine why her car was overheating. Please let Me Know if you have any more Questions and Hope this is not Held against Us we really always try to do
