  Honest and meticulous work! My house went from a soggy disater to a show place. It was not by any means a little job. David and his team came in and worked some construction magic. The job is not done for them until its perfect. If you are not calling them for help... you are doing yourself wrong.

  MD Water & Restoration did a phenomenal job repairing our home! We had water leak down though our bathroom, hallway and into our kitten due to a leak in our roof. W&R came in and did a fantastic job drying and repairing our entire home! They were extremely efficient and did a phenomenal job repair drywall, our ceiling, and our upstairs flooring! I would recommend them to anyone!

  The job that my wife and I had for the company was just completed. We are extremely satisfied with the work done as well as the work ers that performed the work. Jake the project supervisor was personable and very professional in taking care of our needs. The work crew did the job effectively and cleaned everything up when they finished. My wife and I live in a seniors neighborhood and will be spreading the word about this company. Word of mouth being the best advertising.

  Resource restoration & Associates is a God sent, they came to my house after water leak within an hour. Very professional and clean. They removed anything that can harm the house after water damage.
  Every contractor came in to repair wall, paint, and floor was very professional and well experienced. No mess behind.
  Communication: David B****** is extremely on the top of his emails, text messages and phone calls.
  Insurance: David B****** dealt with the insurance for the most parts, I called 2 times only. David’s estimates lines up with the insurance adjuster 100%.
  Resource restoration & Associates
  fights to get you all what you originally had or better grades. They did so to get me the same grade of my carpet.

  I opened my basement door one day and discovered I had an inch of water down there due to a condensation pump failure.
  I called Resource Restoration.
  They immediately found the source of the water, and after solving that they dried my basement out while taking care of all my belongings.
  After removing all the building material that had been affected and doing a quality rebuild I can now say my basement is better than ever.
  Dave B****** walked me through the insurance process and within a few weeks everything was finished and paid for.
  I honestly do not know what I would have done without them.

  Mr. Dave and his team are prompt, courteous, and efficient. I had water in my basement due to a pump failing and his team was at my property at 9:30 at night removing water. From start to finish, all business conducted was in a very professional manner.

  I hired Resource Restoration Service , and they deserve a solid 5-star rating. Their quick response, expert restoration work, and excellent customer service stood out. They efficiently handled the water damage, communicated well, and even helped with insurance claims. My home is now fully restored, thanks to their top-notch service. Highly recommended!

  Dave was kind and responsive and sent his crew to my property within an hour of calling him. When he heard that ******* ****** insures me, he instructed me to work with one of ******* ******'s vendors, blocked my access to his services, and stopped returning my calls. He told me over the phone that ******* ****** is slow to pay. I feel discriminated against by him because he does not want to work with my insurance company. His advertisement on his website "Our goal is to get you back into your home or business property as quickly as possible so you can get your life back to normal. We will get to your location in 30-60 minutes, do whatever it takes to minimize your loss and damage, and get to work cleaning and restoring your home or business property to its pre-damage condition." selectively applies to preferred clients, but not everyone who needs urgent help during desperate times. I was looking forward to working with David and his crew, and I am disappointed that I am excluded from this company's services.

  We appreciate the compliment of being described as “kind and responsive.” We understand that when damage happens in your property, it is a very difficult and stressful time. We strive to respond quickly, and to treat all potential customers with kindness and respect. Our number one goal is 100% to get you back in your home or business, and when we come out within an hour to assess the damage, we use our knowledge and years of experience to guide you toward the best result.
  
  
  
  Most times, we jump right in and start working toward repairing and mitigating the damage. But, other times, we know that the customer will be better served by another company. Clearly, we don’t want to turn away anyone in need, but sometimes what people need in order to ensure their insurance company pays on their claims is to use an “approved” or “preferred” vendor.
  
  
  
  In this case, as the homeowner acknowledged, we came “within an hour of calling.” Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the property contained a vast amount of woodwork that would need to be replaced to obtain good results for the homeowner. We could have offered our services, but based on our experience in situations like this, we understand that in order to achieve optimum results, it is sometimes best for property owners to complete the necessary repairs using a vendor that is approved by the homeowner’s insurance company.  In cases like this, we know that in order to avoid a “patchwork” appearance, customers may be better served by an approved vendor, and it is as simple as that. The last thing we want is for a homeowner to be told by their insurance company that it will only pay to replace the damaged portion of a material when we know that it will create an appearance that is not uniform, and will yield a result that will not make the customer happy.
  
  
  
  At the end of the day, we communicated our concerns to the homeowner, and we turned down money because we care about our customers.  We care about the ultimate results our customers obtain—and we want you to be happy. So, when we know it is best for a customer to use a vendor approved by their insurance company, we will sacrifice our financial benefit for the benefit of the consumer.  Isn’t that exactly what you would want from any professional?

  My finished basement had flooded in April because my sump pump stopped working. I called a couple of companies, but I chose Resource Restoration because I felt they placed my issue as their top priority and had a crew in my home in a couple of hours. They quickly vacuumed the water; removed all of the damaged carpet, furniture, cabinets, and dry walls; replaced the sump pump; and set up a lot of blowers and dehumidifiers to start drying the basement. Their project manager (Davaughn) and crews were professional and courteous at all times. Davaughn went out of his way to ensure my wife and I frequently knew what was happening and why, and we knew what and when the next steps were planned for getting our basement functioning again. They also worked with my insurance company's adjuster to ensure he had all the information and details needed to reimburse our costs. Their owner, David, followed up with us multiple times to ensure we were comfortable with how they were performing. Most companies I've worked with seem to treat me as just another customer that is in the queue for their services, but not Resource Restoration! I know they "jumped through hoops" to repair my home! We highly recommend reaching out to them when something goes wrong in your home. Tim and Katie
