      Not a complicated filing, should have done it myself. Took my info in Dec, took the money to get started after the first of the year, then totally ghosted me.

      Bait and switch — tells you one price and final bill will be more than quadruple the balance you we’re expecting … does not deliver on time, taking twice as long as promised … doesn’t answer phone calls or return emails and texts while you’re waiting leaving you wondering and worrying about what is going on with your money and personal information … does not mis a beat in invoicing you once the return is finally ready … the bill is clearly inflated and he’ll even mentioned your refund, clearly tipping his hand to the fact that he’s taking a piece of your pie, not billing with integrity and in accordance with what is discussed in the beginning. This guy is a complete shyster and shark. Do not trust him.
