    I had a new house built with this company. I had foundation cracking issues, which we had to hire a structural engineer to get a report in order for the builder to acknowledge and fix. Our house's floor bounced terribly and builder never acknowledged our concerns until we had the flooring company come to look and they reported their findings to him that the floor joists were not level. Due to floors, kitchen island shakes tremendously. Kitchen counters pulling away from walls 2 months after move in. Exterior doors that are not weather tight showing a lot of light due to improper installation. Light switches that go no where and an internet line that doesn't work. Missing hardware on exterior doors. Failure to install ceiling fan remote controls. A door 2" shorter than the rest. No final grading or seeding that was in the contract. No steps which are needed since they never did final grade. Issues with roof he does not acknowledge. House not built to blue prints specks. HVAC ducting covered by cabinets and never hard duct. I had to tell him that it was a problem. Improper installation of dishwasher. Two circuit breakers tripping. Outside railing cover cut too short. Walk up drain never sealed and water getting into basement. Wavy walls not squared. No door on shower. We contacted builder on our issues, some he fixed but many still go unresolved. We built a house 20 years ago and had no problems. This has been a complete nightmare and he tries to make you feel like its your fault and you are the problem. Unfortunately I have to give a star rating, but if I could give a negative star rating I would.
