    11/27/22 $107.16. I called this business during the thanksgiving's holiday to see if I can come a day earlier and ***** said that's fine no is*** and I called booking.com and they said the fee are going to be waived and I wasn't going to be charged so I checked my bank statement and I was charged of $107.16 on Sunday 11/27/22 and when I called back to speak to the owner of the motel I explained to her one of her employees was talking disrespectful to me and she put the same lady on the phone that I dealt with on Wednesday. Once I got to the property I got refused service I didn't lie how bout how many people I had I went to the website of booking.com and put three adults and three children. Then I called on 11/28 and spoke to the owner of the property she put ***** on the phone once again and I spoke with her and ***** said I will get my f****** money from you one way or another and said f****** *** me while the owner was standing right there next to her. I was polite bout everything and told her You don't need to speak to me in that kind of tone I was very polite bout the whole situation I have called my bank and booking.come to get a refund they are refusing to give me a refund of $107.16 after I didn't stay there at all and she said she was charging me for the day but I never stayed there in the first place. She also told me that I turned 5 people away cuz of you but I was refused service as soon as I stepped on the property so this is my next step and I would like a refund and something done bout this person please and thank you.

    He had a Booking.com reeservation for one person,he showed up with three Adults and three kids. I refused to rent him the room.(Fire masrhal only allows four people to a room) I was booked, also he asked for a another nite and wanted me to hold the billed for three days. So, i wanted the money for aleast one nite. Which booking.com did charge me. That was Thanksgiving weekend and I had already turned people away.

    She refused to rent to me and she cussed me out again after I was fighting to get my money back and she refused to I would
    Like for my money back and she still hasn't given me a refund I had to go through booking.com to get my money back I would like for my money back into a new bank account that I have opened and if she don't give me a refund I would take her to court she qas very ignorant to me over the phone she kept cussing me over the phone after I was being nice I would like For a refund from her please and thank you she took my Money without asking me and we never stayed there ,when we arrived there I explained how many people I had with me she told me she could not give me a room so I made accommodations for two of my people to stay at a family members house, after I did so I returned and explained that I had two members staying at a family members house and asked if she would still consider allowing me to have a room she refused once again and got ignorant with me to the point she was even cussing at me and told me I was not allowed back on the property, I had to go find another hotel to stay at because we was four hours from our home for the holidays, when I called to speak to the owner about how the lady was talking to me the owner put her on the phone and once again the lady cussed me out and was ignorant in front of the owner and the owner did nothing. I could understand charging me for a night if I were to have stayed there but I did not and she was unwilling to work anything out for my family to stay there even if it was paying extra for a room.
