Hired this company through BGE help line. Movers arrived 1 1/2 hours late and only showed up with 2 workers instead of the 3 I contracted for. The 3rd guy shows up 1 1/2 hours into the job. They had to load some of the work into my personal vehicle as they claimed they did not wish my televisions to be broken. When I look into my storage unit it still has almost another half truck of belongings there. I asked them would they be returning to pick up the stuff that did not fit into the truck they say no. I already explained to them that the storage unit is only rented until the end of that day and that I would have to find a truck rental and additional movers. The company calls me to say it's an additional $210. Per hour for them to unload my stuff after I already paid them $210 they tell me they will have to unload my belongings where they are. I said that is fine but I'm not paying you another $210 an hour when they showed up late without enough manpower to handle the load. They took off with my belongings and refuse to talk to me. I am also going to try to call the consumer protection line as this is not how you should operate a business. I hope they do not steal or damage my belongings.
