On 11/3/23 I went to Milbourne Marine (MM) to pick up my boat because repairs were complete. I came to a stop to wait for a MM employee who was moving a boat using a forklift. I moved my truck forward and to the right of the parking lot to give them room. As I was stopped, another MM employee moved a boat he had attached to a truck to the left and out of the way which cleared a path to allow the forklift driver to get the boat into the marina. After the forklift driver passed and was clear of us, the employee driving the truck with the boat attached, backed across the driveway and hit the back of my truck. He got out of his truck and apologized to me. I went into the office to tell Lloyd and he came out and looked at the truck. Lloyd told me to go to Signature Finishes for an estimate and I went there that same evening and spoke to Tommy (owner). Tommy took pictures and told me he was going to send the estimate to Lloyd when he had it completed. I never heard anything more about this estimate. After not hearing from Lloyd and trying to reach him for at least 2 weeks, I finally reached him and that's when he said he was turning it over to his insurance ACI. His office employee Autumn told my wife we don't know if it was MM's fault; we have a camera. A couple of weeks more passed before my wife finally reach Lloyd and got his insurance ACI agent's name Mike Stiemly. Pictures of the damage to the truck were sent to Mike Stiemly on November 27. I gave my statement to Mike on December 4. I followed up with Mike twice since then to find out the status. Mike said he's contacted MM driver that hit my truck but can't him to call him back.
My wife's left 2 more messages to set time up to see cameral film but Lloyd will not return call. Insurance agent isn't responding to us either. Repair set is $4,035.60. Requesting MM pay for repairs
