    I am writing to formally express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the care provided to my mother, ****** ******, by Shura Inc. This complaint outlines several instances of neglect and mistreatment that have significantly impacted her health and well-being.
    My mother has been in and out of the hospital due to various health issues, including kidney failure, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and mild schizophrenia. Despite her complex medical conditions, it appears that Shura Inc failed to provide the necessary and appropriate care she urgently needed.
    One critical aspect of her neglect involves the management of her deteriorating kidneys. The medical professionals attending to my mother have highlighted a lapse in timely dialysis, a crucial intervention that could have prevented further damage to her kidneys. This failure to administer proper care has undeniably contributed to her deteriorating health.
    Furthermore, the neglect extended to the condition of her feet, where it was observed that her toenails were black and thick. Despite raising concerns, Shura Inc staff, particularly ****** *****, reportedly dismissed the urgency of seeking medical attention for this matter. This lack of responsiveness to obvious health issues is deeply troubling.
    Compounding the issue, it has been brought to my attention that Demetrius W*****, an employee of Shura Inc, took my mother to cash her check while she was visibly unwell. This action demonstrates a blatant disregard for her health and well-being, prioritizing financial transactions over her medical needs.
    Additionally, Munir M******, another employee of Shura Inc, is implicated in my mother's neglect. Their involvement in the inadequate care provided to her must be thoroughly investigated.
    Moreover, there have been instances where my mother was not taken to her medical appointments while she was sick, exacerbating her health complications. ****** *****'s statement that they "can't make her go
