    Called and said they couldnt deliver my order (****** Road location) said they would refund my order but ended up charging my card. I attached the call from them showing the contacted my to let me know my address was out of range as i was allowed to place order online. Never gave my money back

    I ordered a small pizza from Pizza Boli's through ******** on the evening of September 25, 2024 approximately at 11:46 pm est. After about 3 slices, I noticed hairs in my food. One of them looked as if it was cooked into it. Who's to say I didn't consume anyone's hair. Even though I ordered through Doordash, Pizza Boli's should still be held accountable for their employees action. The pizza came from the Pizza Boli's located on ************************* in *********, **. In this case, it is obvious that the proper training on sanitation and the handling and preparation of someone's food was either not given, not taught properly, or completely ignored. It may look like a minor issue, but substitute thise hairs for blood, saliva, sweat, etc. Pizza Boli's is my favorite pizza but if patronizing invites health risks, I can do without. This is bad representation of the company and complete negligence of any safety and sanitary measures that should have been apart of some type of ongoing training.

    I ordered pizza for delivery on January 2 2024 the driver gave me the wrong pizzas & didn’t not give me my sodas I ordered I was told my delivery would be corrected however it never have been I ordered pizza for kids for them to send me literally a half of pizza in one box & the wrong pizza in another box

    I ordered a sub and paid online using my debit card but when I received the confirmation email it showed a phone number for the store 240 in Maryland which is not the store near my house here in Manassas VA. I called this store phone number listed on the conformation email and talked to someone and explained that I live in Manassas VA and cannot drive to this Maryland store to get the sub so please cancel the sub and issue me a refund. The man put me on hold for a second and came back to tell me he talked to the owner and there was nothing he can do about it. I told him how do you keep my money that I paid your store in Maryland when I just told you I cannot drive to Maryland to get this sub and that all I want is cancel this pickup and refund my 9.65 back on the debit card I used on the Bolis Pizza web site to order it? I told him I will call Coprporate and report this Maryland store and ask for refund. He said do that and was upset and spoke profanity and hung up? I need my 9.65 refund on order # 10 please for the 8 inches sub I ordered today refunded back on my debit card please?

    On 7/10/23 I ordered food from pizza bolis on falls rd in ************. I called to order the too many Mondays deal but was instructed to order it online in order to eligible for this deal. Myself and a coworker ordered from this location and on break drove to get it we arrived to the location at 11:49pm exactly and the location was closed if you ****** this locative hours listed for closing time is ******************************************************************************************************* the morning in which I was told I wasnt getting my money back and why didnt I come get my food but I told him we came and he was closed he said he left at 11:45 but had he waited 4 more minutes or until the listed closing time I would have gotten my food that I already paid for. So I asked for corporate was told there was no corporate investigated a little found corporate number told them what happen I was told they would reach out to area manager on 7/11/23 and to send an email which I did I was told on 7/18/23 the area manager will be calling me that evening but got no call today it is 7/19/23 and I have gotten no resolution to the issue and no money back I called corporate and was hung up on by a lady because I was expressing my feelings in the situation this is the worst I have ever been treated by a place of business I never write reviews but you cant just steal from people this is only 39 dollars I lost and about 45 dollars she lost but we need every ***** in this economy and they robbed 2 mothers of there hard earned money it shouldnt take this long to give a refund I have receipts phone calls and emails of proof I just want my money back and they can forget I exist I will never spend my money here again I just want what I worked hard for back in my possession now

    My order arrived completely wrong fries where dried out the sandwiches did not have what we asked for on them and this is not right i would like my money back i tried calling kept getting told the manger is not in this is ridiculous i just want my refund please i want my 34$ and some change refunded back to me thank you very kindly

    I ordered a Gyro for $12.91 online on January 6th 2023 to the wrong store.
    Because I am unable to reach the store I sent it to I talked to a gentleman on the phone who hung up on me after refusing to compensate with a transfer to a different store, refund, store credit, or delivery. The Pizza Boli's the gyro was mistakenly delivered to is:
