Everyone at Market Pro Homebuyer were very professional. The price they offered was the price I had in mind. I appreciate them making the process so easy for me. We were very pleased with our MarketPro experience. They offered us what we felt was a fair price for our home, and were very open about how that offer was determined.
Sandy L*** and the staff were easily accessible and very helpful in answering our many questions, guiding us through the selling process.
We had the convenience of our choice of closing date and location.
We had help in obtaining the services of a mover and storage for our furniture and piano while our new house is being built.
We were very pleased to have the convenience of not having to clean out things we were leaving behind.
We closed on a Friday at 3 o’clock and the funds were in our bank by noon the next business day.
We have told many friends about our pleasure with our Market Pro experience!MarketPro Homebuyers

1 starThis company should be pit out of business.
For at least the past 2 years I have been receiving letters from this company saying they would like to buy my home.
Some things to keep in mind are:
1. I never contacted this company, nor any company or individual about selling my home.
2. Other than telephoning or emailing the company to tell them to stop sending me solicitations I never responded to the mails from them.
This company has ignored all of my requests to leave me alone and continues to send me solicitations. It's as if they're giving me the middle finger.Review fromAileen H

This closing was not without some bumps in the road but in the end Nicole Hippel and others on the MarketPro Homebuyers team resolved each issue professionally and efficiently as they arose. They got us over the line to settlement on the date we agreed to on Day 1. My thanks to Ray F******* for coming out and making the initial fair offer and then offering to meet us half way with a higher offer we had received from a competitor (which we knew had the potential to be lowered upon inspection). MarketPro Homebuyers offer was a firm offer based on Ray’s inspection and we decided it was fair and acceptable. We live out of state and this was the right choice for us so that we didn’t have to deal with travel back and forth, arranging repairs, finding an agent, showings and the other time-consuming tasks and money associated with selling in the more traditional Realtor way. Our thanks again to Nicole and to Sandy L***, who were each easy to reach and had answers or got the answers to questions/issues that arose.MarketPro Homebuyers
