      I used this company because they had an A+ rating with the BBB but no one had ever done a review before. They arrived on time but I should have been alerted when they were in a rental truck. They parked in front of my apartment and carried everything down over a hill to the truck be cause they had no moving equipment with them. It took them all day and finally I told them to stop cutting plastic off because I was worn out. After they left, I went in the living room and they had put the boxes in first then stuck my furniture wherever and left the heaviest chair I had in front of the air conditioner so I had to move it, although I am 77 years old and disabled. When we got to my new apartment, I went to maintenance and borrowed some moving equipment for them and loaned them a small cart I had. They started at 8 am and finished around 4 PM. After they arrived, I went to the bank and got a certified check for them but when we arrived at the new apartment, the GM called me and wanted me to pay they before they brought my furniture up to my apartment! I naturally said no and he accused me of fraud, yelled "do you know who I am?" and threatened to sue me. He wanted his men to take a picture of my check but they refused but finally one did. With him ranting, I hung up and didn't answer anymore. He later left a message saying that he was glad it worked out with our little glitch and everything was good and I was satisfied. As we started unpacking, (and I haven't completely yet as I've been very sick) I found a six inch scratch on my new coffee table, all pictures frames scratched, pictures broken, they shoved my underwear in the bottom of a closet and covered it with other things so I didn't find it for 2 months, things were just dumped in boxes and scratched up, food, dishes were put in floor first with craft things on top, on and on. my trash liners used to put things in and I had to get a picture and electric plugs from old apartment. Do no use! Disgusting.

      In my opinion this business did a very bad job. We paid extra to have our items packed wrapped and protected, instead they seemed to be thrown into boxes. We've since discovered our TV is cracked, our recliner chair broken, an electric fireplace was broken. Numerous items were left behind in our old apartment which we had to spend considerable effort retrieving. We tried to resolve the quality issues with the GM but quality seemed to be irrelevant. We spent hours trying to resolve this but nothing came of it. We ended up cutting our losses and doing it ourselves along with another junk removal company.

      As I mentioned in my review your General Manager already addressed the situation with hours of explaining how items thrown into boxes unwrapped, broken tvs and furniture are just a standard part of your process and to be expected with time restrictions and we should understand this. If he changes his mind he is welcome to contact us as he has our information.
