The moving coordinators are proactive and communicative, and the movers are usually friendly and helpful enough to set-up my furniture exactly where and as I needed it. First time using Zip and it was a great experience. I needed a whole home move unexpectedly and immediately. Zip moving definitely came through for us. They were in constant communication with us during the whole process. On moving day, the crew showed up on time and did an awesome job. They worked so hard in the heat and no AC in the house. They worked until midnight!! They were fast and very very efficient. Cost from the beginning was upfront and transparent so there were no surprises at the end of the move. I am thoroughly satisfied with Zip. We had a missing item and they offered cash with proof of purchase and that was amazing of them. Hello! I used Zip moving and storage in *******, ** for the second time - I just moved from *******! They were on time, did a great job, and were careful to wrap items to prevent them from damage. They were also efficient, worked hard, and kindly set up my furniture (bed and shelves).They also did a lot of follow up once I booked them - email reminders, clarifying cost, and answering my questions.Zip Moving And Storage, Inc.

This is the second time I used Zip moving because I was very happy with their services on my big move to my new house the first time. This move was a smaller one, to a storage facility this time. They did an excellent job on this as well. ***** ******** and ********* were courteous, professional very efficient, and hard working. They also listened well to my instructions and were very accommodating to arrangements I needed with my belongings at the storage facility.
