Zip Moving packed and moved our entire home (2200 sqft) into our storage unit 2 years ago. They did a fantastic job. Recently, they completed our long distance move out of our storage unit (**) and into our new home (MA). The movers did a great job moving our things into the home and setting them up for us. All of items were in good condition except for 10 broken dishes. Considering the two moves and the long distance that's a great outcome. The coordination team at Zip Moving were very understanding and worked with us to remedy the situation. Would definitely recommend.Zip Moving And Storage, Inc.

I am very happy with my experience moving with Zip. ****** and the crew showed up on time and took really good care of all my boxes and furniture. They got done earlier than I expected, so I had more time to unpack and relax. Would recommend!Zip Moving And Storage, Inc.

I cannot recommend this company. I am offering some free advice---keep your valuables close by and safe. Here's my story:During my daughter's recent move back home, the movers stole four(4) diamond rings from her jewelry box. I reached out to the company and immediately filed a police report. The sheriff's office took this very seriously but Zip Moving and Storage did not. Zip Moving and Storage simply said "the movers denied any involvement". Fast forward 3 weeks, through the diligence of our sheriff's office, the jewelry was found several states away at a **** shop. We have to incur the cost of flying to retrieve the rings as they are in the local police station waiting for pickup. This jewelry is very valuable and cannot simply be mailed. This move was not cheap and we also tipped the 2 movers $300. How ironic! Through the investigatory process, we learned that Zip Moving and Storage will use movers with no background checks or experience. Please pay attention, ask questions, get your movers names and document everything with photos. *As an aside, the mover who stole the jewelry has a felony warrant against him.Zip Moving And Storage, Inc.

I would not recommend this company for long distance moves. They are probably OK for local moves. This is based on my own recent experience, on reviews I have read, and first hand feedback. For long distance moves a completely different business model is needed. Things are much more complex when the trucks and crews who deliver the stuff are not the same as on the departing end. 1 starThis company is horrible and borderline fraudulent. They either broke or stole furniture from me and claim to have not taken the furniture even though I have them on video. After sending them the video of their movers taking the items they have stopped responding to me. They told me on moving day I had to pay them $200 extra or they will not move my things. I already had plans to move this weekend and could not afford to not pay them. They then pulled the same stunt again on arrival and had me pay $120 extra even after already paying for long-haul in my contract. Instead of sending professional movers for my move to furniture they sent a husband and wife who knocked over 5 boxes taking them down some stairs and either lost or stole some furniture. Buyers beware.
