  • Customer Complaint:

    On July 24, 2015, BBB staff attempted to contact Infomedia AD regarding its alleged business practices. Businesses and organizations across the country have contacted our BBB stating they received invoices for internet Yellow Page listings that the companies did not authorize.  The invoices seek to collect a charge of $549.99.   When the billed companies seek to contact Infomedia AD they report difficulty reaching anyone or being able to obtain documentation regarding the alleged transaction.  

    In some cases, the company has responded to BBB complaint correspondence by "crediting" the invoice and removing the company from its own database.  In other cases, the company has apologized and indicated that the billing was in error, and had been mistakenly sent instead of general information. 

    We are unsure of the physical location of InfoMedia Ad, the Rockville address is that of a virtual office service provider.   Info Media Ad appears to be connected to other similar operations in Boston, MA and Portland, ME.  
    The BBB has contacted Info Media Ad, Inc for additional information concerning its business practices, location, and current contact information; to date the business has not responded.
