    I own a condo in Ocean City MD. In 09/2023 my condo was damaged by water from the upstairs condo. My insurance company sent Paul Davis Restoration of Delmarva to dry up the water in the walls and cabinets. Then, with the insurance company recommending PDR I signed a contract on 12/29/2023 for the restoration of my kitchen cabinets and countertop, some painting of connected walls and ceilings, and new carpet in the living room. The insurance company is responsible for the payment except for a water heater and garbage disposal which will be my expense. The contract starting date was the week of 1/22/2024 and the completion date was the week of 2/12/2024. It is now the week of 4/8/2024 and the repairs are far from finished and PDR seems unconcerned that the contract has been breached by 8 weeks. Some of the repair work had to be redone because of their errors. The walls had to be repainted because they used the wrong paint for the living room. The countertop was mismeasured and had to be uninstalled and fixed. The water heater was actually ordered smaller than the one I had before and the garbage disposal was installed with parts missing, Then, while doing the work related to the claim, there was damage done to my sofa skirt and to my slider door vertical blinds. There is also an issue about whether the carpet they installed to replace the water stained carpet is the same quality as what was removed from the condo. I have written numerous text messages and had many phone conversations to the project manager. I have spoken several times to his boss. I was told the project manager was learning. I don't understand why it is the customer's problem to wait until he learns his job. PDR has simply ignored my complaints about the late completion, the damage to my sofa and vertical blinds. I believe they should file a claim with their own insurance company to repair or replace my sofa and necessarily its matching chair, and also the blinds

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent repairs conducted in our home by Paul Davis Restoration of Delmarva. Unfortunately, the services provided fell far short of our expectations, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
    Throughout the duration of the repairs, we encountered several issues that left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, the workers assigned to our project displayed unprofessional behavior, which included a lack of punctuality, poor communication, and a general disregard for the quality of their work. These shortcomings resulted in delays and unnecessary complications, prolonging the completion of the repairs and causing undue inconvenience for our family.
    Furthermore, the quality of the workmanship was subpar, with numerous errors and oversights evident in the finished product. Despite our expectations of meticulous attention to detail, the repairs were riddled with mistakes, indicating a lack of skill and expertise on the part of your workers. As a result, we are left with unsatisfactory results that do not meet the standards we were promised.
    Based on our experience, I regret to say that I cannot in good conscience recommend Paul Davis Restoration of Delmarva to anyone else in need of similar services. The unprofessionalism and poor quality of work we encountered are unacceptable.

    Shortly after a huge pine tree fell on my house during a recent storm and the tree was removed, an insurance adjuster did an inspection. His eagle eyes caught damage to the roof and the siding that the original insurance adjuster missed. It's the second time I've seen him work, he is very a thorough professional - Five Stars for Mr. ******
