I have moved several times over the last seven years and this was my first time that the movers were horrible on every level. Months later I don’t even have a table that they took for repair after it was smashed. The list of complaints is long. Don’t use them

We followed up with you and will be doing so also with our Team to review our five-star protocols and procedures. As a Claim Form was not submitted, we were unable to follow through and settle any issues in a satisfactory manner. We truly apologize for any inconveniences that occurred.

5 starsWhat a great moving company! Crew was a bit late due to lovely DC traffic, but made up for it with an efficient, professional pack up. They were on time for delivery the next day and the crew chief made sure furniture was placed where I wanted it and that bins were delivered to the correct rooms. The whole crew was friendly and professional. This was my second move with Von Paris and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the DC area. Also have to give a shout out to the move coordinator, Deb B. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks to all for a smooth and uneventful move!

5 starsVon Paris is efficient and responsive. They maintain, pickup, and deliver our large volume of boxes. The movers are courteous and always on time. If there is any kind of delay, the office notifies you. They are a great moving company.
