    I had pool renovation with the company during the time from Nov, 2022-Dec, 2022. The total cost of the project is $23K. The renovation includes the resurface of the swimming pool. However, when the swimming pool is open this spring, I noticed that there are a lot of chips on the bottom of the pool surface, which is supposed to be covered by one year warranty in the contract. The company doesn't honor the contract. My payment is as follows,1. Check # **** $6667 2. Check # **** $8667 3. Check # **** $840 4. Zelle payment 12/27 $3500 The total amount is $24674. I paid more than $23 because the firm kept asking for more. I paid them and wanted get my pool done. Now they don't honor the warranty, which brings me to BBB

    Dear *** or Madam,

     

    The reason why are we not honoring warranty for the work have done to the above mentioned **** ****** pool is because contract has never been paid in full. It is clearly stated in our mutually signed contract that if the contract is not paid in full we can't honor any warranty. Miss **** tried to manipulate numerous times with payment amount but we do have paper trail as a proof, many emails and text messages. In some of those emails/text messages you can even see how she is mocking us for not paying us in full . I know that customer is always should be right but in my fifteen year long career I never experience mental torture, manipulation and disrespect from the client. We are ready to submit all the communication we have with her to proof that there was breach of contract and that we cant honor the warranty.
