      I ordered from this company on 4/14 and authorized a 59.99 charge for their product. I received the product. I went back to look at my statement and realized they charged me 59.99 and 199.99. Then I received the product again in May and they charged me 199.99 on 5/13. They was nothing stating this would be an automatic renewal or anyway to cancel it if there was. I received very little information from this company. I sent an email advising I did not want this product. I have not received a response from this company regarding this issue. I put in a dispute with my card as well. This was a bait and switch in my opinion and the company should not be advertising for 59.99 and then charging people 199.99. Also if there is an automatic renewal you should be stating that up front and advising on ways to cancel. I would like be refunded both transactions of 199.99.

      My wife has ********** and needed a new brand of Armsleeve. We were on vacation in Miramar Beach, Florida so I ordered 2 from BrightLightDirect and paid over $50 for 2-3 day shipping as we would be there until the 26th. The delivery date kept getting pushed back and as of today, the 28th, the item was still at a processing hub in Pensacola, Florida. I wrote the company and they said that they would refund the expedited shipping charge but not for the product until it was returned. They shipped it with *** to USPS and had full control of the shipping. We returned to Tennesee on the 26th with no product. Their customer service is deplorable. I called my credit card company and they issued a temporary credit. I want full credit from BrightLifeDirect. They are not a reputable company!
