      Ive been staying here at this hotel ever since 28 August and Ive been paying weekly Monday. I wasnt able to pay and Tuesday is when an issue happen with my dog that was there. My dog was let out and they locked us out of the room I asked if I can get my things my belongings they told me that I have to wait for management so I was told Tuesday that management was gone out had to take care of personal matter and I was told that I couldnt get my items until management return so here it is yesterday I called management still not there then today I called to try to talk to management so I can come get my things. They tell me that they hired a company to remove my thing so they locked me out of the room and they just had someone come take all of my stuff that I own. I have nothing my kids have nothing And I feel like they owe us.

      Hello, I have been staying at the Days Inn since July 7th and has spent over $1,200. My stay was pretty fair besides the ***** bugs I have to kill every night. Unfortunately it has been more than 5 occasions when a dead mice was found in plan site of my room. I have reported the issue every time it occurred and a staff member always came to get the dead mouse within mins, I would like to also add I never made a report to management because the issue was solved immediately. But on 7/26, the dead mouse was found on the bed and when I came to report it I was informed by the evening front desk clerk that "I had to sleep with it until the morning". She was rude in her tone, so I asked why she said "because the maintenance men are off until 8am Saturday". The young lady wouldnt write a maintenance slip until I asked her too. I then asked her if I could get new bed sheets because the mouse was on my bed. She laughed and said no it wasnt any sheets ************ I was headed out because clearly nothing else could've been done that night.. As I was walking out another guess was walking to the front desk and the clerk told the guess all this over a mouse. I turned around and asked her and the guess what was funny, they denied laughing at me . I made it clear that I heard both of them and the clerk called me a high b**** and threatened that she will cancel my reserv. I called her broke and a b**** back and then I walked out she sent security to my car to tell me to move when i making my online report. I tried to explain to him what has happened but he had no interest in listening, he said he been working there 20 years and if I don't like it report it to BBB and leave.I felt so disrespected so I told him there is no way he tells this too every customer because ********************** wouldnt make any money to 1 stay open or 2 be able to pay him for 20 years. I felt to disrespected after being told to sleep with the dead mouse then to be told that if i didn't like it to leave.

      On May 31, 2024 I reserved a room at listed hotel. I checked in at 3pm as required, went to the room, dropped my belongings on the bed and left for the engagement I was in that area to attend. After my engagement was over I returned to the room with my guest shortly after midnight. This was the first time I actually got a good look at the room. It was disgusting and filthy. I have several pics. After taking the pics I knew there was no way we were sleeping there so I took the key back to the office and checked out stating I would contact the Manager. I have since contacted Wyndham **************** who refuse to refund my money saying my belongings occupied the room for 10 hours so I have to pay. The pics will show you the filth in this room. I have left several messages for the hotel management but none were returned. This hotel is infested with roaches, smells like cigarette smoke, has doors that don't even close and lock securely, and is likely hazardous to ones health and safety. Rest assured I will never stay in another hotel run by Wyndham. I feel like I am due a refund for the room I never stayed in.

      The hotel never gave me a paper receipt. This is a copy of my bank statement which my debit card was charged in the amount of $106.03.
