      Came in at 11 PM September 20, 2024to check in after a delayed flight.
      Front desk attendant requested my ID and credit card we complied.
      She immediately scanned my passport and credit card with the CVC security code.
      I calmly protested and requested that she at least obscures the CVC code as it would be a serious security issue and that it would constitute negligence on our part from our issuing bank if we allowed it to be exposed.
      She immediately dismissed our concerns and rudely said, she will not allow us to check in unless they have all our credit card details. I replied that she can still have the numbers as shown in the reservation and then swipe the card for verification and security charges.
      She insisted to have all the details including the CVC number, and said that "I don't want your money, I'm cancelling the reservation!"
      I simply booked across the street at comfort inn. However, I received notification that we were charged $176 by Days Inn by Wyndham Towson

      We stayed over July 4th weekend. Room was dirty, with a few bugs, and a MOUSE. When we told staff there was a mouse, they laughed. We left. Went to a nicer place.

      Guest stayed with us for 4 nights...Thank you for taking the time to make me aware of the issues that took place during your recent encounter at the Days Inn. I apologize and am truly sorry that your experience was anything less than satisfying. Our goal is to not only meet the needs of each and every guest we serve, but to exceed your expectations to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
